Provides administrative support to the Asset Inspection department by performing a variety of tasks specific to the NDT testing, reporting function. This involves occasional travel to the job site.2 c, k1 U7 t3 |

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:# q+ i, B" S! W; X/ P) [9 Z
· Coordinates various NDT reporting by performing data entry, compiling reports and surveys, report preparation, distribution and submission.
4 G/ {% J3 K& F/ o* M· Reviews field drawings and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.0 F; b3 C& R7 p+ E2 j" Q
· Provides technicians with required reports and assistance with report preparation.
/ a( t/ L& x+ z m· Manages report database.
) ?" b# j+ ]9 M7 x& a· Tracks purchase orders and matches with work orders.
4 N/ p" ^- `% n! [3 W· Organizes and files electronic and hard copy media files.

- I! T- ], n6 ~- ], P7 p2 - 3 years of related office experience. Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email required. Previous data entry experience and familiarity with Microsoft Access an asset.) u4 @+ Q; h/ g2 J

Certificate or Diploma in Office or Business Administration would be an asset.
