a1 t! G f0 ?% ?, pProvides administrative support to the Asset Inspection department by performing a variety of tasks specific to the NDT testing, reporting function. This involves occasional travel to the job site.' j9 R. [$ x! |- L, h+ p. ^

* w) e) D! |9 FEssential Duties and Responsibilities:
& y$ H1 [1 C u/ Z· Coordinates various NDT reporting by performing data entry, compiling reports and surveys, report preparation, distribution and submission.# X! S/ N# N" H: r& @
· Reviews field drawings and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.
6 k3 s" {8 G# `; j4 H6 q· Provides technicians with required reports and assistance with report preparation. M7 U; | S$ p( F' U
· Manages report database.0 L, X w7 q. @$ P
· Tracks purchase orders and matches with work orders.

+ k: Q/ ]6 m$ y) N( O· Provides backup support to other members of the department.

Knowledge and Skills:6 v$ m. s- _1 b/ f
2 - 3 years of related office experience. Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email required. Previous data entry experience and familiarity with Microsoft Access an asset.

) R$ [" ^4 _2 nCertificate or Diploma in Office or Business Administration would be an asset.7 B2 R9 r( e4 N* y- D

Excellent communication, inter-personal and organizational skills and the ability to work in a self directed manner is a must. Must have proven multi-tasking, problem solving and prioritizing skills with a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail. |
