Provides administrative support to the Asset Inspection department by performing a variety of tasks specific to the NDT testing, reporting function. This involves occasional travel to the job site.5 b6 u" h: Q. s6 F0 ^

· Coordinates various NDT reporting by performing data entry, compiling reports and surveys, report preparation, distribution and submission.
) l2 X6 x4 o& Q# D1 k" s· Reviews field drawings and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.' q% l# E. ?8 Y0 c* ]
· Provides technicians with required reports and assistance with report preparation.

· Tracks purchase orders and matches with work orders.) f/ r6 W" i: L% r* @- p1 H
· Organizes and files electronic and hard copy media files.6 h# }# j P$ F) t" t

Knowledge and Skills:
5 C0 @. M; W2 S3 G/ k2 - 3 years of related office experience. Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email required. Previous data entry experience and familiarity with Microsoft Access an asset.8 w: f" \8 D& U% u) ]) W

Certificate or Diploma in Office or Business Administration would be an asset.
