Job Summary:
/ L& f3 Q& C/ H. i9 Y ]Provides administrative support to the Asset Inspection department by performing a variety of tasks specific to the NDT testing, reporting function. This involves occasional travel to the job site.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
% y0 \) g9 a3 H. Y5 i· Coordinates various NDT reporting by performing data entry, compiling reports and surveys, report preparation, distribution and submission.
" \% n. _6 O: Q% C4 {· Reviews field drawings and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.
% _' {& B) d0 Y3 V5 l0 O4 [· Provides technicians with required reports and assistance with report preparation.8 x! [' R! S& O4 ]
· Manages report database.4 i" s6 Z! r% N! F
· Tracks purchase orders and matches with work orders.1 V5 J$ ^. ?) N6 K
· Organizes and files electronic and hard copy media files.$ D- f3 E7 R# p; Y) a Q9 k
· Provides backup support to other members of the department.

Knowledge and Skills:) c4 i3 ~& x) N( d
2 - 3 years of related office experience. Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email required. Previous data entry experience and familiarity with Microsoft Access an asset.6 o) J+ I6 t2 F' c, a, p
2 S6 J# i- Q; i: g# \. C# Q7 l
Certificate or Diploma in Office or Business Administration would be an asset.
