' G) D$ ?. w3 j5 Y" I! Q+ q埃德蒙顿7月5日报道：6月份大爱城区住宅房销售量与上月持平，但比去年同期下降了11.1%。6月份共有1117套独立屋售出，比去年下降了10.1%，与上一个月的1119套几乎持平；公寓有465套售出，比上一个月上升了11.5%，比去年下降了18.7%。双拼/联排有173套出售，比去年上升了9.8%，比上一个月下降了14.8%。- x* | d, \/ U; ?" i, |3 ]( Q
' v( t" o/ U; t' z所有住宅平均价格与去年同期几乎持平，上升了0.1%，独立屋平均价格为$435,366比上一个月下降了1.1%，比去年下降了1.8%。公寓因为本月一些豪华户型的销售，平均价格为$263,326，比上一个月上升了3.5%，比去年上升了2.5%。双拼/联排的平均价格为$352,778，比去年上升了4.6%，比上一个月上升了0.7%。, ]$ R5 V! w( _* ~
