Duties and responsibilities
! N- t0 V5 M% D4 H Contribute to a positive team environment
0 j% Y* B( d/ G Provide the highest level of hospitality by engaging and interacting with guests
# g" l9 `2 o* ]7 q# b Prepare all food and beverage items to the highest standard following recipes and procedures
2 M% D2 z$ r3 C% B Anticipate and respond to flow of orders to ensure timely completion of all food items
 Knowledgeable about the menu and can communicate this to the guests
( H4 k9 u+ a. ]/ P9 Q8 B) }5 G Accurately complete all station set up and closing procedures
 Maintain food quality control and productivity at all times
: ~2 f8 Q; p: v" G  @4 [ Adhere to all safe food handling procedures and uphold food safety practices
( Z0 Q" R4 h3 B4 e' Z Maintain cleanliness and health & safety standards of your station at all times
$ v3 }, e; j, f( q# D& p2 C& j Follow all operational policies and procedures
 Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality

+ G" j3 U" s" S, U3 P5 V# r/ o0 G1 d Previous experience in a service environment preferred

 Strong interpersonal skills

Physical requirements
 Constant standing/walking for duration of shift on a hot cooking line
 Occasional pushing, pulling, light lifting
