Extreme Pita Oliver Square is looking for a FULL TIME employee.

use real food, and the freshest ingredients to pack our pitas full of flavour. As a Pita Pro, you are not
only an expert at preparing the guest’s pita, but an expert in engaging with our guests and creating a
memorable experience.

 Contribute to a positive team environment
2 M% r5 f  y) L7 j1 e0 |' }8 Y9 i Provide the highest level of hospitality by engaging and interacting with guests
% p" \6 B/ E$ {  O- E1 P( U+ V3 c Prepare all food and beverage items to the highest standard following recipes and procedures
 Anticipate and respond to flow of orders to ensure timely completion of all food items
 Knowledgeable about the menu and can communicate this to the guests
 Accurately complete all station set up and closing procedures
 Maintain food quality control and productivity at all times
7 U; k/ X: P& C( G' X( w6 C/ ^* L Adhere to all safe food handling procedures and uphold food safety practices
 Maintain cleanliness and health & safety standards of your station at all times
 Follow all operational policies and procedures

 Previous experience in a service environment preferred

 Constant standing/walking for duration of shift on a hot cooking line
 Occasional pushing, pulling, light lifting
