• Greet and qualify customers on the phone or in person with the view that the end result will be a new resident.7 T+ v& Z* |8 b$ b! z" [. B n

• Answer phone calls, and respond to email and walk-in rental enquiries.
) s/ ?7 [. w6 ^0 h! l• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete.
- F8 N/ }1 I; O% k F• Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents./ C* W% W; a. M& N" d* D
• Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database.7 p% _: S1 C8 v1 b
• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.% f- C+ H7 j$ |
• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.

3 j, s; i; h1 }- \! _0 v• Assist the Property Manager in administrative tasks as required (security deposits, leases).
% `; |5 N( S2 X" w. h1 g0 y• Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act in all procedures.
& |5 Y6 j1 ~0 j8 B- H: h" _• Execute all work in a safe, professional manner in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Legislation.. n' d. K6 j8 A$ a+ G5 \; s
• Ensure local, provincial and federal laws and regulations are being observed within the community.: A5 f' ?7 f, O' i

Required Skills & Abilities:, O* V( O9 y; O' r9 V1 J7 a1 A
• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset2 Q) H$ t2 ?2 g8 |. h) u! G$ X1 `
• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred2 x) W( Z. s, N$ z$ b; w/ A8 B
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

• Exceptional communication ability, both written and verbal0 F6 `2 A! i9 u: [* m& t

• Proven customer service and resident relation skills
