• Greet and qualify customers on the phone or in person with the view that the end result will be a new resident.% C6 s: V" T9 b0 e1 x( @
• Post advertisement8 g8 @: c$ F0 u# T, Y' h5 q
• Answer phone calls, and respond to email and walk-in rental enquiries.6 {' s- |, }% S1 X
• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete.
" O$ B% I5 E) u T) w• Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents.7 i; Y2 C7 w2 f: C( W: A/ X6 J
• Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database.
" A8 @. c8 e# _( u0 b* M• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.
! L/ s- |; }( |9 I5 n a# C6 t• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.' Q6 K0 A+ g6 t$ _1 K; G+ T- P
• Perform route inspections as required.
; t1 l) f+ N0 z' I- a* `2 h& ~4 r• Assist the Property Manager in administrative tasks as required (security deposits, leases).

• Ensure local, provincial and federal laws and regulations are being observed within the community.% _! L. C2 y; W
! s5 v# E/ V' ^Required Skills & Abilities: w, `1 i$ v+ c9 p ~# g" q: U
• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset
b7 p( |" l4 X( A4 ^# v$ N0 |+ t• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred% i6 T( F4 C/ J: R; t; ~ [! v
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

• Exceptional communication ability, both written and verbal; n+ w# [+ z$ H4 h& N

• Must be flexible and willing to change roles or responsibilities as required
