• Greet and qualify customers on the phone or in person with the view that the end result will be a new resident.! h* X, m7 M3 B0 o) ?

• Answer phone calls, and respond to email and walk-in rental enquiries.
) M- H, }6 H7 g- z2 @, R• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete.
; z& j7 x0 Q" I• Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents.

• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.) V, W3 G% ~2 v! t2 G4 m, l
• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.1 Z- Q$ p9 w2 D, H- V& P! _( U6 `" g5 v
• Perform route inspections as required.

• Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act in all procedures.: _" B s3 i/ `5 C7 P* S4 I2 ?9 R
• Execute all work in a safe, professional manner in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Legislation.$ o: W) i, Y8 d: l. k' a
• Ensure local, provincial and federal laws and regulations are being observed within the community.1 ]' N- |& Q5 X" ?8 r1 Q! a

• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset

7 M( O7 \% Y/ h7 f, M• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook); R* G: {) K9 y7 v
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

• Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license
