Key Responsibilities:
$ x! R/ C) b+ w" D; \• Greet and qualify customers on the phone or in person with the view that the end result will be a new resident.

) G' w+ @ U3 s* e3 b) W9 _• Answer phone calls, and respond to email and walk-in rental enquiries.3 v# B, f' b A& z2 f
• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete.
; Y- W8 G) W: E! A• Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents.6 G, P6 y" t" v( ~
• Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database.
. {1 n! z5 K7 |• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.
+ M5 \. ?5 h# C& C8 k! Q• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.+ ?! S. c, \# v; D
• Perform route inspections as required.
& F. L X: b/ ^3 r7 O, V0 `3 Y j• Assist the Property Manager in administrative tasks as required (security deposits, leases).
+ b9 T6 H0 `( N5 t0 y( X• Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act in all procedures.

• Ensure local, provincial and federal laws and regulations are being observed within the community.

• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset
! m: d% E4 n! i6 V• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred
0 l) L% L6 b+ h6 W3 B* Z4 B• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)/ p+ g6 d: O5 v8 v
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills9 `0 L& }/ c& k; [9 h: S
• Exceptional communication ability, both written and verbal
0 u1 J8 j* W" H- o3 Y• Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license
