• Greet and qualify customers on the phone or in person with the view that the end result will be a new resident.

• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete.
' X4 E9 D4 z% C• Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents.
4 s! j. `5 k4 x5 D- q( ~, x• Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database.8 c% b) r6 c2 A8 f8 T, s" J% v
• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed., N Z. H! Y4 o/ ^, {- E# X, P0 O
• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.. D) t/ e0 P8 y% O& Z4 b
• Perform route inspections as required.0 w f) e. }, x' M' z
• Assist the Property Manager in administrative tasks as required (security deposits, leases).

• Execute all work in a safe, professional manner in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Legislation." q; k+ z1 G( G
• Ensure local, provincial and federal laws and regulations are being observed within the community.

% ^- |( N4 Z# V- y. L3 T• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset7 h# U2 g' D% e) v3 z
• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred
6 K: w5 M d" [$ i: ~• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
+ J( M: p; A! e• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, M1 n% A% Y; B B- v# Z1 ]3 \
• Exceptional communication ability, both written and verbal
# {+ b# G; X! Y• Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license8 n8 @- w2 F& |( |, ^ }
• Proven customer service and resident relation skills1 J3 ?) d0 b0 x2 B$ e0 j
• Must be flexible and willing to change roles or responsibilities as required2 Q# I# i' I1 \6 X3 x9 j( b- ^
