• Greet and qualify customers on the phone or in person with the view that the end result will be a new resident.

$ a1 w/ C+ J. ]% u P6 a• Answer phone calls, and respond to email and walk-in rental enquiries.
# f a+ i; Z: J% u• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete.
! a8 c8 A3 D$ w$ ^2 f0 r& z; X d• Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents.
+ R: z! v6 q1 H: m5 N3 Q' L9 j o: y• Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database.9 C3 U" i& t3 A9 ~( g
• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.' A5 q( q5 e9 T0 P
• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.4 [8 s4 ]: p. Q8 i2 n: }& ?9 Q- w
• Perform route inspections as required.

• Execute all work in a safe, professional manner in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Legislation.

' n$ w. s" e" X3 F- sRequired Skills & Abilities:
" `2 a" a5 P# _" O3 D1 X2 p• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset8 @' P. b4 l; g
• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred
7 K j# e; f f* D- h• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)- w/ u8 p- \2 C: V% J0 J, I8 l
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills+ D1 \* Y$ k' v/ D+ _
• Exceptional communication ability, both written and verbal
! Y& s, _, T6 U( F% K7 A• Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license
. K# t5 o( @+ P, a+ T• Proven customer service and resident relation skills6 p( e2 t+ x9 t ?* n
• Must be flexible and willing to change roles or responsibilities as required

• Must possess a sensational customer service philosophy
