Once these contracts are gone, they’re gone. We are rapidly losing market-share which means that we will not have the bargaining power to maintain our agreements in future, and the contractors will be able to start demanding roll-backs.& ?8 u( z2 N3 e" v3 D" G9 H

This will mean loss of wages, benefits and pension.
