We are looking for a part time Accountant who can represent our firm by communicating with our clients while performing general accounting duties. You will develop your skills by working on a wide range of assignments. The main tasks will include but not limited to the following:
/ P4 R& V( k* A3 u z- N• Perform Full cycle bookkeeping duties (AP, AR, Bank reconciliations, etc.)
. t* I6 g- l! {2 S+ I [• Prepare CaseWare working paper files, # d6 d/ \. s- W) m3 z
• Prepare financial statements
7 n, t( Y0 `: l4 T. w• Prepare corporate tax returns ; y6 L) G" w7 T) `& M1 |
• File GST returns # w4 f" |0 a6 p! g+ |
• Process payroll
' O) T% ~5 P8 [. K, i! d• File T4/T5 returns
5 I |3 K. \7 {- P* K& @• Prepare personal tax returns : H9 d% Q3 z: Y" Z! X
• Communication with our clients and government agencies " G$ Z% M& e/ t. K% U; h' Y# D+ c) X' U
" Q5 }5 B5 h8 Y- i9 hThe position requires prior public practice accounting experience, proficiency in Caseware, profile, Quickbooks, Sage 50, and Excel.

* x( D& I3 R8 Q8 D% ^Consideration will be given to the candidate who possess strong organization skills, have the ability to multi-task, and meet deadlines under pressure. Designation is preferred but not required.
