- I1 r0 A) b+ c: T8 X8 rWe are looking for a part time Accountant who can represent our firm by communicating with our clients while performing general accounting duties. You will develop your skills by working on a wide range of assignments. The main tasks will include but not limited to the following: / Y b9 \" |% R
• Perform Full cycle bookkeeping duties (AP, AR, Bank reconciliations, etc.) 6 i- F1 T2 H; N
• Prepare CaseWare working paper files,
; V& K' G3 E j! D- B• Prepare financial statements
' j8 S4 K# ~4 `• Prepare corporate tax returns
2 _; m' B/ Y: G0 r• File GST returns 6 _4 t3 p' S! j" `5 L+ I; M& I
• Process payroll& f& x% C8 J# ], q' r; d7 X( D& @
• File T4/T5 returns % A. ]8 j. L# m8 \4 d4 G) U
• Prepare personal tax returns
# l2 O; Q% y1 i" e; m1 |; p) ]" e! |• Communication with our clients and government agencies 6 h7 r3 s. N6 n/ R
5 q* a! ^+ d4 O2 B: d+ kThe position requires prior public practice accounting experience, proficiency in Caseware, profile, Quickbooks, Sage 50, and Excel. 3 @! D P; ^% O

Consideration will be given to the candidate who possess strong organization skills, have the ability to multi-task, and meet deadlines under pressure. Designation is preferred but not required.
