' u) V$ E2 p4 o. f, a, w0 n% Q6 v埃德蒙顿12月2日报道:相比2016年十月,11月份独立屋平均成交价上升了3.95%,双拼/联排上涨了6.39%,公寓则温和下降了1.68%。相比去年同期,今年11月份独立屋销售均价上升了1.76%,公寓销售额下降了11.41%。/ L9 F e* x$ `& m& n5 O
. {3 P( F. i- Y3 K G' k9 ]- r11月份,大爱城区所有住宅平均售价上涨了2.52%,为$373,174。其中独立屋均价升至$440,496,双拼/联排升至$353,818, 公寓降至$241,569。11月份独立屋的销售均价仅次于今年7月份,为2016年单月第二高。
