- With at least 1 year accounting experience

- Works well with others and independently. Work is required to be done in time manner.

$ n% u7 N. y5 ~0 o- Proficient in Microsoft, Excel, QuickBooks. Especially for Excel, must be very familiar and efficient with      all relative functions.
. ~! z! Y( Z) n; G( a- Accurate & efficient in invoicing, A/R, A/P, bank deposits, answer phone, etc
- Accurate Data Entry
- Prepare procedure manuals
  \: g: E4 S" {9 z, y# M6 g" [- Knowledge in inventory
- Maintain good customer relations
  B4 A+ t* N6 A% Y) f- Respond to customer inquiries, and ability to solve problems
- Organizational and multi-task skills. Could handle high pressure work and cold calls.
