主要工作职责：

-Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems;
+ t. {# b. I$ k-Greet visitors, ascertain nature of business and direct visitors to employer;
-Use computer word processing, spreadsheet, and database software;
, M+ q# E, u% e9 s+ v" k-Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of employer;
-Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages;
-Data entry and upkeep of the company’s databases, ensure a high level of accuracy;
' x6 p2 i7 c% F' T2 v' k7 b" c-Prepare and send outgoing faxes, mails, and packages;
9 C3 W6 q+ Z% q8 I4 P6 f-Provide administrative support to management and other staff
