主要工作职责：

Job Duties
+ |: M7 Z0 T4 q% L4 E
-Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems;
-Greet visitors, ascertain nature of business and direct visitors to employer;
; D" `# j  c6 w1 p-Use computer word processing, spreadsheet, and database software;
-Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of employer;
-Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages;
6 b& x1 }! k* b  [4 ?-Data entry and upkeep of the company’s databases, ensure a high level of accuracy;
-Prepare and send outgoing faxes, mails, and packages;
-Provide administrative support to management and other staff

-Ability to be proactive, handle simultaneous projects, work independently
