Today I was volunteering at a post office. A man in an old jacket with uncombed hair came to the counter. He had a wallet in his hand, and put it on the counter. He told me: ; @5 f$ z3 u$ r* J# [
"I am going to send it back".
8 v& [/ b" M0 R: \I did not understand what he meant by "it", because usually people would send a letter or a parcel back to the sender, and I did not see he had any of those. So I asked him:

7 [& E2 j. e/ X$ ]% R% H$ Z, l# KHe said, "the Wallet, I am sending back the wallet." Then he added: "I am going to pay the postage." , g K" j' Y; B3 C
"Oh, you found a wallet, and you are going to send it back to the person who lost it?"
4 ~( e% [$ r ?6 t" Q& @8 b1 x"Yes, I did."4 W% m0 e9 f1 P; f/ d' D7 G' D4 f9 c
Finally I understood: this dishevelled man found a wallet, and he was going to return it to the owner by post. $ u6 Y- U7 o1 x9 ]1 Y, \
He took the ID card from the wallet, and showed me the address of the loser of the wallet. I saw there were several one-hundred bills in the wallet. i% K o( \ {- f
"Are you going to take some money from the wallet to pay the postage?"
- e. y. U5 r7 A' F"No, I am not. I do not do those things.") G8 x% B! b4 n% M+ d3 u2 h( d
He took out his wallet, which was nearly worn-out, small, and almost empty. There were some coins inside.

I was surprised: "oh, where do you live?"- J4 {& @; W% L5 O
He did not look up, and said: "I do not have a home."

He did not a posses a home, but he had a big heart. He had the precious fortune of being a man of integrity. 7 A) ?: o7 t! g. t8 p
