I saw God's image in a homeless man.

Today I was volunteering at a post office. A man in an old jacket with uncombed hair came to the counter. He had a wallet in his hand, and put it on the counter. He told me:
2 d; u( N. n% ~- c" s7 _. z"I am going to send it back".
I did not understand what he meant by "it", because usually people would send a letter or a parcel back to the sender, and I did not see he had any of those. So I asked him:
"I am sorry, what are you sending back?"
3 n, @+ z; q! V6 w4 n( t4 t7 Y, zHe said, "the Wallet, I am sending back the wallet." Then he added: "I am going to pay the postage."
"Oh, you found a wallet, and you are going to send it back to the person who lost it?"
"Yes, I did."
Finally I understood: this dishevelled man found a wallet, and he was going to return it to the owner by post.
- d0 f8 L* y7 N. L6 R% ]7 [# aHe took the ID card from the wallet, and showed me the address of the loser of the wallet. I saw there were several one-hundred bills in the wallet.
( q, w. t1 z6 \2 Z* p"Are you going to take some money from the wallet to pay the postage?"
0 O1 C8 i8 R! _"No, I am not. I do not do those things."
' Y* L5 E% k+ G. ]/ v8 G3 sHe took out his  wallet, which was nearly worn-out, small, and almost empty. There were some coins inside.
I gave him a bubbled envelope, and instructed him where to write the addresses. He wrote the owner's address, but stopped at writing a return address. He asked:
3 T) |. e- X2 L0 E* t( q  D"Is it okay that I do not write this part?"
: l* ?: j  U. {: ~4 c"Yes, you may." I thought he must want to be a nameless hero. But he said:
"I do not have an address."
3 z. G/ E. _; ZI was surprised: "oh, where do you live?"
He did not look up, and said: "I do not have a home."
* G# A3 G: q# l/ Q  C, dMy heart had a sudden jump. I realized that this is a homeless man who found money but was sending it back to the person who lost it.
. n* n5 O# Z3 c* ^& f9 l" v7 gHe did not a posses a home, but he had a big heart. He had the precious fortune of being a man of integrity.

if you'd like care about those homeless who sleep at LRT station, you may visit those homeless my wife and provide some food to them. I once met some homeless at downtown LRT station in winter morning 7:00 am, those people are very pitiful, they need some food.
