Canada North Camps Inc. (14238 – 134 Avenue, Edmonton, AB T5L 5V8) is looking to hire a full-time Cook who could be responsible for preparing and serving a wide variety of food items while maintaining a clean and safe work environment adding to an all-around pleasant dining experience for our customers.

- Prepare sandwiches, salad bar and other high quality meals
% b- f- i- {6 ~- Supervise kitchen staff
- Ensure kitchen staff follow company safety practices
" m1 V( u# P+ _- Plan menus, estimate food costs, order supplies
/ Z8 l' B; s/ M' {+ l- Manage kitchen operations
- Maintain acceptable levels of food production
- Work night shifts, as necessary
& Z; J, P4 X, CRequirements:
- Completion of college or other program in cooking is mandatory. Associate or Bachelor’s degree in restaurant / hospitality/ culinary arts is considered an asset.
- Minimum 2 years of previous experience as Cook in a fast-paced environment is mandatory.
' P) P4 l4 }# q/ \9 b9 f! H- Good proficiency in English.
- Highly organized.
+ ^  Q4 x) @& n6 w) \" m  k& QThis is a contract, full-time position.
Working hours: 10 hours per day, 70 hours per week.
Working schedule: 21 days on and 7 days off.
