Canada North Camps Inc. (14238 – 134 Avenue, Edmonton, AB T5L 5V8) is looking to hire a full-time Cook who could be responsible for preparing and serving a wide variety of food items while maintaining a clean and safe work environment adding to an all-around pleasant dining experience for our customers.
Duties:
- Prepare sandwiches, salad bar and other high quality meals
- Supervise kitchen staff
0 |  K9 w& \8 _& I' E  X- Ensure kitchen staff follow company safety practices
- Plan menus, estimate food costs, order supplies
- Manage kitchen operations
- Maintain acceptable levels of food production
- Work night shifts, as necessary

- Completion of college or other program in cooking is mandatory. Associate or Bachelor’s degree in restaurant / hospitality/ culinary arts is considered an asset.
" ?/ F& J/ f0 b3 F; X- Minimum 2 years of previous experience as Cook in a fast-paced environment is mandatory.
' @; H" i  R* v- Good proficiency in English.
: F% G- j) A8 ?- Z/ T. L- Highly organized.

& l. \& _- ~* n1 C" g4 lWorking schedule: 21 days on and 7 days off.
Salary: $160.00 per day. After 3 months of employment, medical, dental, disability and pension plan benefits will be available.
