5 l/ U1 O1 R8 _' ], x3 j' iEDMONTON -- A 32-year-old Edmonton woman charged in the death of a foster boy has made a brief court appearance, but the case was put over to March 5.$ V: q+ A, D7 s. E# q' |# K

The woman's new lawyer, Robbie Davidson, said he couldn't go ahead without receiving more information from the Crown.

Davidson said outside court it is not unusual for information such as autopsy results to be delayed, especially in what he called "a complex case."* q& A3 I4 T( @; a2 U

Davidson also told court he'll be seeking bail for his client.* l6 W* x% {$ t' z

The foster mother was charged with second-degree murder last week after a three-year-old boy she was caring for died of brain trauma., \" _. @/ q, @, a& O$ s' O' j
