Ottawa is going to apologize and give millions to former Guantanamo Bay prisoner Omar Khadr, according to multiple reports. 6 v% L' J: ^3 P: `& ]

Khadr — who pleaded guilty to killing a U.S. soldier when he was 15, under interrogation that was later deemed "oppressive" — will receive a settlement of more than $10 million, according to unnamed sources who spoke to The Associated Press, The Toronto Star and The Globe and Mail.* \" P! M9 E4 z$ h1 t# c
: h7 i; O* [ l8 {The Star said Khadr will get more than $10 million, but less than the $20 million he sought in a civil suit. Other reports said he will receive about $10 million.* K0 T. I4 {# \3 U l4 t' R
