RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION:
! N: t8 y- p# u) _• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
   o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003

   o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
   o Microsoft Operations Manager
, Y8 c2 e& W: b: S   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
7 i  g" F* n/ z6 t% T) y   o Linux based operating systems
   o Sun Solaris operating systems
9 u' F+ E/ s; M, l" t- J   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.
, O  G+ N: x5 C9 D3 E• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
platform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
SMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.
• Advanced Cisco routing and switching and/or firewall configurations

SKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience

• Ability to work in a team environment
* l- N; @( j3 G# F9 ^# |' y• Excellent organization skills with detail AND accuracy
• Excellent documentation skills with detail AND accuracy
• Certification should include some or all of the following:
   o Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)

   o Any other professional certification designations are a bonus

• Ability to understand and deliver high quality customer service

• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
9 {+ _7 v- K# d- C• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
( |: o* I5 F, Z# q• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005
• Have 4+ years of network design experience
• Have led medium to large sized projects
