o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003

o VMWare Virtual Server solutions- w- ~( k; | V6 \9 B
o Linux based operating systems
; d3 o& Z$ O3 ^- y! [" U D o Sun Solaris operating systems
7 n$ P3 h7 d6 c" x o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
* l& K1 V: [4 F" _# o• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.
; h( C- \: p9 [1 |# K• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls9 V+ n- i8 ~$ Q
• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
/ u2 e3 c/ i0 J" _2 r8 u4 c9 ?platform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft5 A7 v8 [% S" Q4 v& }4 w+ g
SMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.

• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience a$ y3 j: m/ d

• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
; r# u* \0 u& M" ]+ y! H- J" x• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.

• Have led medium to large sized projects: |" T3 P2 d% \( H Q" f
• A valid Alberta driver’s license is mandatory
