SALARY RANGE: Compensation will be commensurate with experience, but overall compensation will be results-based and goal-oriented.

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION:
2 J* u' _5 \& A* L- P  ~, S* C• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
8 l5 l8 [& Y8 h: ~: f+ N7 L* M   o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
  U4 W6 d& u. J" f   o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
% d$ t: w; R- n4 H: Q+ N' @   o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
9 ]: F) z/ |5 w- N" `  u$ b+ p   o Microsoft Operations Manager
; l5 R, }9 A) Q. n* |   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
   o Linux based operating systems
   o Sun Solaris operating systems
   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.

• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
) `6 ~4 z* Z- N5 o" t* Gplatform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
+ {. u* e) Z+ q, `# v6 W& ZSMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.
• Advanced Cisco routing and switching and/or firewall configurations

SKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
8 R) d1 e$ q1 _9 C9 i• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience
% E1 m$ P9 `2 q, M2 ]( n4 Y• Excellent written and verbal skills
' J5 P. _, k- \3 D6 \• Ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent organization skills with detail AND accuracy
9 f) Q2 _2 I5 F& O- B/ {• Excellent documentation skills with detail AND accuracy
• Certification should include some or all of the following:
   o Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)
   o Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
   o Cisco Certified Internetworking Professional (CCIP)
2 o2 l* r# V; N/ a9 i7 w/ l   o Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP)
: l9 x! Z4 V, m0 K. Z  B* w! B   o Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (Windows 2000 or Windows 2003)
   o Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator (CCEA)
   o Any other professional certification designations are a bonus
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple medium sized projects

• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge
- d, w- ~* P* ^• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
2 G4 I4 ^& b& f5 l/ D; i• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005

• Have led medium to large sized projects
