+ d+ u. I5 ~" \: ]6 @SALARY RANGE: Compensation will be commensurate with experience, but overall compensation will be results-based and goal-oriented.

8 E1 [$ x* O2 r1 ]RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION:
• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
9 P5 [9 @+ t7 t6 w/ w5 r- e1 v0 O- K   o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
   o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
# A0 ?' L; h6 k0 n$ v" }( X   o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
: b# i" _5 ^( Q0 h* g9 |* `4 V3 q   o Microsoft Operations Manager
   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
   o Linux based operating systems
* N& W$ v' ?) I* M( @. r9 Y   o Sun Solaris operating systems
   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
4 ?' n7 R  J/ a: y, E# n• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.
• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
platform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
SMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.
• Advanced Cisco routing and switching and/or firewall configurations

3 N% ^. g7 O( P; [- QSKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
8 I8 A+ C8 L+ M, @; `/ i• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent organization skills with detail AND accuracy
$ q  \9 X; v) p0 Z8 N• Excellent documentation skills with detail AND accuracy
• Certification should include some or all of the following:
   o Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)
& p: r; B3 m/ n& K. T3 O6 W   o Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
   o Cisco Certified Internetworking Professional (CCIP)
. W' O8 P% c8 e6 Z# H! }   o Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP)
   o Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (Windows 2000 or Windows 2003)
. |- l4 _3 V+ m" L3 D   o Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator (CCEA)
   o Any other professional certification designations are a bonus
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple medium sized projects
• Ability to understand and deliver high quality customer service
• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge
• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005
• Have 4+ years of network design experience
• Have led medium to large sized projects
