DURATION: CONTRACT OR PERMANENT
SALARY RANGE: Compensation will be commensurate with experience, but overall compensation will be results-based and goal-oriented.

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION:
% E9 r- F6 c- {7 `• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
   o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
- B) Z, e9 k8 N1 J( ]3 P* U- _   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
/ s. D6 U- k0 M6 ]/ }" e   o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
   o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
7 C8 Y% N- t# |3 j5 ?0 a5 x3 P: j( K   o Microsoft Operations Manager
   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
4 C7 B7 d' e' U5 I. i   o Linux based operating systems
   o Sun Solaris operating systems
   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.
• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
platform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
6 ]0 ^9 K6 U$ H: I1 P$ S# DSMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
2 j+ W$ m  l# e0 s• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent organization skills with detail AND accuracy
• Excellent documentation skills with detail AND accuracy
• Certification should include some or all of the following:
# J) F& S) d- X6 ~6 @9 z1 }   o Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)
   o Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
3 K" Q% r2 k! ~$ ?) R! ^( q) S   o Cisco Certified Internetworking Professional (CCIP)
   o Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP)
   o Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (Windows 2000 or Windows 2003)
: z; n+ \5 t& s! J% @: \7 U5 J   o Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator (CCEA)
. f# q3 t* O7 Z% j; v1 S   o Any other professional certification designations are a bonus
; p& E, K4 w( W3 Y7 O• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple medium sized projects
• Ability to understand and deliver high quality customer service
• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge
• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
: d1 N' c  O' ~2 ~) ?1 a8 B• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005
