Volunteer Mentors: Celebrate Science Literacy Week with Children Coding Workshop

9 ]% f7 F  f+ d3 |0 ^, ^“Science Literacy Week highlights Canada’s outstanding scientists and science communicators from coast-to-coast. The goals are to showcase the excellence and diversity of Canadian science and to show how exciting science is."
& F# c/ ]) Q" r9 X9 qAs part of Science Literacy Week, Kids Code Jeunesse will be running free workshops for kids across Canada from Sept 18th – Sept 24th in Libraries and community centres to introduce children to science and code.
5 `- t+ I7 L" E* g7 D+ W3 kThis September, Kids Code Jeunesse will be in the Edmonton area and we need your help! We're looking for volunteer mentors for Coding workshop.
Key Responsibilities:
/ p- m# Y3 }1 h- g/ N- M( S0 _! g- mentoring learners and providing support to our lead instructors to help create a warm, friendly and inclusive learning environment for children
! _, i. M& Y6 x; q3 N9 o8 R' `& y9 Q3 \Benefits:
