6 I4 z1 }2 T7 ~“Science Literacy Week highlights Canada’s outstanding scientists and science communicators from coast-to-coast. The goals are to showcase the excellence and diversity of Canadian science and to show how exciting science is."7 ^+ p4 U% ]$ o4 J5 t1 o
As part of Science Literacy Week, Kids Code Jeunesse will be running free workshops for kids across Canada from Sept 18th – Sept 24th in Libraries and community centres to introduce children to science and code.8 s- |. G9 {% Z7 I3 s7 D- f8 B
This September, Kids Code Jeunesse will be in the Edmonton area and we need your help! We're looking for volunteer mentors for Coding workshop.2 {$ Q2 V* C( J( T9 C1 I( l
Key Responsibilities:1 `% P: R$ }, J, i% n
- mentoring learners and providing support to our lead instructors to help create a warm, friendly and inclusive learning environment for children
