“Science Literacy Week highlights Canada’s outstanding scientists and science communicators from coast-to-coast. The goals are to showcase the excellence and diversity of Canadian science and to show how exciting science is."
3 d6 o, C9 R2 e- GAs part of Science Literacy Week, Kids Code Jeunesse will be running free workshops for kids across Canada from Sept 18th – Sept 24th in Libraries and community centres to introduce children to science and code.
" k1 b+ S+ Q8 B* j) P7 `# tThis September, Kids Code Jeunesse will be in the Edmonton area and we need your help! We're looking for volunteer mentors for Coding workshop.
Key Responsibilities:
3 G! L/ T; F5 L2 M) m3 R5 b; Y- mentoring learners and providing support to our lead instructors to help create a warm, friendly and inclusive learning environment for children
