As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsibilities for:
• Answering the phones, call city and inspector, city planner;

• Organizing mail;
• Creating purchase orders/data entry of work orders and tenant information;
• Organizing files and documents related to contract and leases;
• Other duties as required;
) _" l; f# m3 O% o• Flexible work time, at least 0.6 work load;
• Familiar with construction and rental industrial.

* T4 [! _+ A7 ~4 X  u8 I& y- Minimum 2 year of administrative support experience
- Excellent verbal communication in both English and Mandarin
' R+ D% c; J$ B: |2 }3 B  d7 d; x: l- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, quickbook)
- Fast and accurate data entry skills
