As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsibilities for:
! _) a' G$ o0 r, M• Answering the phones, call city and inspector, city planner;
9 g, N# W2 T8 m. o. s• showing the new house and company property;
" P* S6 x/ A  y4 }# T. r) R• Organizing mail;
• Creating purchase orders/data entry of work orders and tenant information;
• Organizing files and documents related to contract and leases;
# W; B- |' E2 z; p# \• Other duties as required;
5 z, }0 i! S4 z5 I5 ]# u• Flexible work time, at least 0.6 work load;
• Familiar with construction and rental industrial.

5 ?' |/ H/ y* q, X/ F9 ]0 D" _2 V- Minimum 2 year of administrative support experience
- Excellent verbal communication in both English and Mandarin
) P: {, v, K( t! M& u( d4 c- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, quickbook)
- Fast and accurate data entry skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
