3 X! Q. i9 G: A• Minimum of 2 years’ experience developing Windows-based business applications
7 B, b0 i# V4 k1 Q• One or more years’ experience working with .NET framework
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral
" V- E; q$ s1 c) `: ^• Experience with SQL and relational databases such as SQL Server or Oracle
! k3 I/ B5 J  C/ W1 `: E% v• Knowledge of software design and testing methodologies
* _) d% `5 q) w3 U• Experience with translating and documenting user requirements
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

These additional qualifications would be an asset:
• University degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering or a Computer Diploma from a registered technical school
) S, G! j  Y* [& ]" C  |• Experience designing effective graphical user interfaces
2 p6 l7 I5 x( n6 I+ {# `• Experience with code-reuse strategies with multiple developers
  Q( {4 N, e9 a• Experience with interfacing with hardware
! c) W7 ]( j7 h; p. ^) U; X• Experience with reporting tools such as Crystal Reports or SQL Server Reporting Services
• Experience porting legacy applications to .NET
• Experience developing rich web applications
