Work Setting: Cafeteria
Supervisory Experience: Food service counter attendants and food preparers
: }, H  U3 [# ^$ N& WSpecific Skills: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, Ensure food service and quality control
Additional Skills: Establish methods to meet work schedules, Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
