关于无犯罪记录和申请提交问题

请问申请加拿大移民的时候，其中的的无犯罪记录公证应该是办手指印的还是无手指印的那一种？ 还有中国大陆公民的申请材料是否可以递交到香港，还是一定要递交到北京？

回答你第一个问题：如果你在加拿大境内生活过6个月以上就要到RCMP做指纹调查无犯罪记录，如果你一直到在国内，就没有必要作了。

I am now in Sydney, Australia, and going to move to Canada this year since I have a new job in Canada. Should I need finger print check of the criminal record in Sydney police?
