The Director of Care is responsible to support care team with necessary equipment and educational instruction to maintain a high care standards for residents; the Director of Care is responsible to be involved in organizational and professional activities that will support innovation to address individual resident care needs. & x; k( ?: C2 f" DQualification: , K; G' y+ A N) e* }9 @2 x+ ~ / X4 `: K' d( V0 R) \Must be a registered nurse and possesses CARNA registration in good standing. A degree in nursing will be an asset. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in health care is required. Time spent in a management role will be an asset.
