The Director of Care is responsible to support care team with necessary equipment and educational instruction to maintain a high care standards for residents; the Director of Care is responsible to be involved in organizational and professional activities that will support innovation to address individual resident care needs.; v5 J: D5 S2 W! w
Qualification: % H3 z# J" x0 \% h- A . t. B1 }9 F: _: U4 o5 gMust be a registered nurse and possesses CARNA registration in good standing. A degree in nursing will be an asset. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in health care is required. Time spent in a management role will be an asset.
