In accordance with the Edmonton Chinatown Care Centre’s mission vision and values, the Chief Executive officer will lead the organization focusing on the following objectives:

2 L  T2 n" b' ^' m. c4 q/ v+ m* sAdhere to the highest standards of organizational management and fiscal responsibility Build networks, alliances and partnerships
Achieve and maintain accreditation standards
: _) |/ ]3 v3 g& c1 f, `# CEngage and collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders
" q4 P. K9 q7 X- ?( A: B; tBe accountable for decision and actions
, u: K) W5 B+ M  b% {; M2 @Mitigate risk to the organization.
3 ?1 x' T" \- JEducation:

A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university, or a combination of management, health and/or public administration courses and related experience is required.
• A Master’s degree is preferred in a related discipline
  u, r' i" I" \6 ?  `Experience:
' A! M) h: O% ?1 V& I
9 E& Z, d. A  p% Z+ m: r( xDemonstrated involvement with Board’s of Directors.
8 Z2 c0 ~" O' {" ^Public speaking and crisp writing skills are essential.
" @/ l/ ~. p3 c5 ]: ~Senior’s housing, long-term care, supportive living and homecare in a position of leadership.
Professional:

Current or past Member of a professional organization (regionally, nationally or international).

Current or past Member of a Community Provincial, National or International organization.
Maintains current membership within statutory bodies and organizations in or outside the
Center objectives.
