In accordance with the Edmonton Chinatown Care Centre’s mission vision and values, the Chief Executive officer will lead the organization focusing on the following objectives:

Lead the organization towards the excellence in resident care and quality of life for Seniors

2 b' G! d' F; Y9 zBe accountable for decision and actions

$ j$ A! F  Q, G0 }8 O) h" K0 gEducation:

A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university, or a combination of management, health and/or public administration courses and related experience is required.
• A Master’s degree is preferred in a related discipline

' B5 r6 p7 _+ H# q! d2 N' N& RDemonstrated involvement with Board’s of Directors.
; }0 F; u( o: U) F5 h5 z* z, EPublic speaking and crisp writing skills are essential.
5 s0 s3 M* o0 y5 r" ]* J, U  cSenior’s housing, long-term care, supportive living and homecare in a position of leadership.
Professional:

Current or past Member of a professional organization (regionally, nationally or international).

4 X. J! C) z4 u+ S- `$ MCurrent or past Member of a Community Provincial, National or International organization.
8 [' n8 u3 C( t0 }Maintains current membership within statutory bodies and organizations in or outside the
Center objectives.
