In accordance with the Edmonton Chinatown Care Centre’s mission vision and values, the Chief Executive officer will lead the organization focusing on the following objectives:

4 ~3 f, e8 o( T6 e( LLead the organization towards the excellence in resident care and quality of life for Seniors
+ `9 d. ?( x" S9 BAdhere to the highest standards of organizational management and fiscal responsibility Build networks, alliances and partnerships
Achieve and maintain accreditation standards
+ o  J6 }) x( {% }% _Engage and collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders
Be accountable for decision and actions
2 u0 P3 Q6 `- G9 dMitigate risk to the organization.
Education:
1 J( i. ?/ b/ K( t, b' D
9 w" {, e; P# }* r% Q' `; _A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university, or a combination of management, health and/or public administration courses and related experience is required.
8 H$ Y* m# O# @2 J• A Master’s degree is preferred in a related discipline
Experience:
$ d" v& X: X% |& M4 o0 W- `. R! K
0 W. \; |+ M0 O. c+ y6 j2 K% pDemonstrated involvement with Board’s of Directors.
Public speaking and crisp writing skills are essential.
Senior’s housing, long-term care, supportive living and homecare in a position of leadership.
Professional:

9 R+ T% ~: u1 A0 ]2 G: B3 oCurrent or past Member of a professional organization (regionally, nationally or international).

* a% l! ~4 }+ v0 P- }( ]Current or past Member of a Community Provincial, National or International organization.
( Y5 [& ^! \% w# o9 z( vMaintains current membership within statutory bodies and organizations in or outside the
