The Alberta government has an online source of data known as the Alberta Land Titles Spatial Information System (also known as SPIN2), from which a limited amount of information is available for free.

1. Visit https://alta.registries.gov.ab.c ... temunavailable.aspx, click on the 'Guest Login' button, and agree to the terms of use:- E Z0 t0 V. _- N

/ z2 l% M Y/ r2. Click on the 'Search' button at the top of the next page:

3. Click on 'Search by Street Address':

; a& J2 f* i- b+ ^. j* S- C6. Once you've identified the property you want, click on this little icon in the bottom left of the screen, under the 'Tools' functions:

7. Then click on the property you want and it will open up a new window. In that window, click on the little binoculars icon under 'View': L- M! N0 m+ s5 N: C0 B% D

1 t1 k4 c. q- \8. That will bring up basic information about the property, which usually includes the 'value' and 'consideration' of the most recent transfer of ownership:
