适合我们中国人口味的面包

在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.

Honey Bread
$ m' ~7 d) ^0 }9 V( l4 s
0 R* ]* P3 b9 i& u/ M" i4 + 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
( i3 P0 j& o! h& F3 f' T2 packages yeast$ m( ]  ~  y( u- l% I% o1 z
1/3 cup nonfat dry milk. ?) o2 b/ d4 h" E3 R
1 teaspoon salt
6 z! j$ Y7 J& w- ^; [1/2 cup pineapple juice
  y6 \/ E$ F$ q* ^$ c1/2 cup water9 D' F' b& |& T1 n  i3 D
1/3 cup shortening2 S' p6 Z9 c+ M) T6 {. {
1/4 cup honey9 F7 K( }7 l" ]/ {* r2 Z
2 eggs
! ?) U! @" o. F7 I: {* W% r1 drop yellow food coloring, if desired# }$ D9 b& }/ N

In a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and
: h  i9 b" g  Ksalt; mix well. Heat pineapple juice6 M6 Z% s* v* S5 S, H
, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;
) j9 D3 n8 E3 U# E9 gshortening does not need to melt.)
# v1 r8 D. ^! b  C' ]Add to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed( c2 o, d) t2 ~, K# i+ \0 g6 t4 e4 E
until moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually

7 N; B( M" x: {( X0 ?in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured
- h/ _, m$ B5 Q) Hsurface
  P5 v, M) D$ v* V0 u7 ^until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl,' O+ y8 \! W9 i3 }. w0 Q% e: q8 L
turning to grease top. Cover ; let rise in warm place 15 to 20 minutes
7 A0 R. ?+ U, w  n$ P(30 minutes for active Dry Yeast)./ @* |; n7 R; \- b# o

9 }/ S: H# g7 ^. D, HPunch down dough. On lightly floured surface, shape into a round loaf.
9 o5 c' ~; ^8 ]  O: Q% yPlace in greased 9 to 10-inch pie pan. Cover; let rise in warm place ! l$ |& N- R* }# n3 }9 D

% I! Q$ G2 n( M& n6 }beaten egg and 1 tablespoon water; brush loaf. Bake at 375 degree
% K/ {% h/ v3 I" Cfor; g4 @4 e% [' [# C8 }# ~  B
35 to 40 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pan; cool.
