适合我们中国人口味的面包

在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.: u7 I6 A( ^$ `: X

Honey Bread2 s, c1 N( Q  i7 I( z% A

7 v- p0 ?$ m1 g" q2 o. O' A) W  \. N4 + 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
8 B0 Y  j7 d5 W5 W0 V8 P6 o2 packages yeast; U$ j+ K; L4 Z5 r5 _, C+ E
1/3 cup nonfat dry milk. S# V! L  T- {
1 teaspoon salt) a$ J  ?" g1 p
1/2 cup pineapple juice+ t6 s" e9 }' u: J7 P, b. Q
1/2 cup water
* Q6 t* e) K% l  ?7 Y: @1/3 cup shortening
# q3 c- Z. h0 T+ C1/4 cup honey4 H5 K$ z+ b7 V6 D5 X! N0 r
2 eggs7 \$ U% p9 P' d5 h. h" U
1 drop yellow food coloring, if desired
' m% X8 }; V' P! v" O+ |
  X# e# k1 E+ l  l! ~/ B' QIn a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and  n% c' v8 }' C. R, E- p" \
salt; mix well. Heat pineapple juice6 o' P% B) Z9 d6 t% s  B
, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;
& S0 \- F$ I" cshortening does not need to melt.)# v1 Y- U- |7 _: K9 i" A0 _0 X
Add to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed
- A- K3 n2 x: cuntil moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually . m* F' b$ O% A
stir1 k4 t: Q" G$ D4 k( D0 M4 W
in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured $ Q* r& P1 l( Y* ^/ ^5 `
surface5 j# G, y- q0 ]: w5 R) W; j
until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl,# [4 j, q  h* C# V! X1 ?% |! d
turning to grease top. Cover ; let rise in warm place 15 to 20 minutes
0 j4 r: U. _1 \(30 minutes for active Dry Yeast).' N! p+ y' q  s, }$ ?& ^! G6 ~

: z0 X# U' \% Q! h7 e' F; rPunch down dough. On lightly floured surface, shape into a round loaf.
3 R0 E: G2 D; w! i9 ~4 c( y; ~Place in greased 9 to 10-inch pie pan. Cover; let rise in warm place " ~* L6 R8 z4 M" n* z4 b, y$ a
15* L1 ?; O5 t- Q
to 20 minutes (30 minutes for active dry yeast). combine one slightly
0 F6 j/ k% V: j( ]beaten egg and 1 tablespoon water; brush loaf. Bake at 375 degree
& L: u6 H  D$ Z" x$ W) Bfor$ Y5 W( i% u: F1 f% Q- F& @7 b
35 to 40 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pan; cool.
