在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.- N9 L& ^7 P& s+ f5 P% f5 D

4 + 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR" I0 z- D% m" H& w) {
2 packages yeast
1 o& O1 i0 O/ s$ R2 i! o1/3 cup nonfat dry milk

1/2 cup pineapple juice

In a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and8 G% G \6 V; e" t
salt; mix well. Heat pineapple juice4 K. L( K C5 f! Y% ?
, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;! q8 I) _: U! F* x+ m3 A" o

Add to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed
8 V: \# {( e( E" q1 {. w `until moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually 7 r6 r2 d$ w* ?/ [, M* [

M* k' K# x/ Y1 M! O+ Hin enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured

turning to grease top. Cover ; let rise in warm place 15 to 20 minutes8 Q& k& F4 N/ w' `# e: K

Punch down dough. On lightly floured surface, shape into a round loaf.

to 20 minutes (30 minutes for active dry yeast). combine one slightly
