适合我们中国人口味的面包

在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.

Honey Bread

' [2 ]' ~1 I8 U3 r; z% Y* D4 + 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR9 ?" r$ j% @' _% B7 O5 L
2 packages yeast
" a" b# [. Q8 g; v& [1/3 cup nonfat dry milk$ j/ p: S  q: J& t; G5 |2 D( v
1 teaspoon salt
& k3 U! |6 N- y4 l' \2 W1/2 cup pineapple juice
+ a* i$ R  J! k, O: l# ?1/2 cup water: P! w. M) H4 R
1/3 cup shortening
4 R- ]5 h: T; G: j8 {. S7 n: p' c1/4 cup honey
% z, W% M! i1 s  R( |2 eggs
  a, _$ B. s" t1 drop yellow food coloring, if desired! P) q1 ?* l# d7 h( K5 t8 @

In a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and0 r+ w9 H5 e# l8 ?% y; f
salt; mix well. Heat pineapple juice* o6 q4 W1 J- U" ?8 W' {' N
, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;, i9 i3 l* r" c6 a; q
shortening does not need to melt.)
2 }- O. U# K1 w6 x- LAdd to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed$ T4 c, K. I! [" Y* e4 q' }
until moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually

* h: m! Z$ r9 x3 b  bin enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured

0 q9 f3 K, ]5 k! quntil smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl,; K/ L" C" u- I7 z% O- f8 ]
turning to grease top. Cover ; let rise in warm place 15 to 20 minutes
4 c8 j) J& l1 o/ ~(30 minutes for active Dry Yeast)./ N- ^' y" [; z& }

Punch down dough. On lightly floured surface, shape into a round loaf.
8 D. G8 Q: D! d2 c8 b# MPlace in greased 9 to 10-inch pie pan. Cover; let rise in warm place % x3 B/ t1 b' g# R9 q! Q# X

to 20 minutes (30 minutes for active dry yeast). combine one slightly
$ \' g3 |4 m( q1 tbeaten egg and 1 tablespoon water; brush loaf. Bake at 375 degree
