在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.9 `% K& g+ p7 X

2 packages yeast4 u* W2 R6 b* V6 X" J: N
1/3 cup nonfat dry milk* _2 \+ x5 U; @; R; ^7 f
1 teaspoon salt

In a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and5 B8 r! n4 a6 C1 w) R$ D
salt; mix well. Heat pineapple juice

shortening does not need to melt.)
* `) y9 I( ?$ Y+ FAdd to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed7 `! j3 d$ v$ Y5 p
until moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually 6 K. r$ e* z/ t+ t4 L- X( p$ G

; \6 l9 x# f9 ~# ?& n, cin enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured / x+ N9 J" ?5 O( \$ M; s

until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl,) f# h# t& g; ~; D# [( `) U4 I2 s
turning to grease top. Cover ; let rise in warm place 15 to 20 minutes

Place in greased 9 to 10-inch pie pan. Cover; let rise in warm place

to 20 minutes (30 minutes for active dry yeast). combine one slightly8 T& M/ l9 d/ y, L
