请教renew pr 卡邮寄问题

最近需要renew pr 卡，咨询几个问题

. y" `: N0 l' W- u: \8 l# d' P1. 是不是只能邮寄啊，不能网上提交吧？
2. 如果一家三个人 是不是可以都放一个大信封里面一起寄啊。 还是要分开寄去啊。

如果是加急申请更换pr 卡，可以网上递交
; j" f$ t8 c* w( b/ g3 j$ nYou require urgent processing of your renewal/replacement Permanent Resident card. To be eligible for urgent processing, you must provide:
! |8 q9 Z( D2 f3 Nproof of travel (itinerary or ticket) that shows your full name, destination and travel dates;
% D9 @& {  X! T/ j0 i& gproof of payment for the travel that shows the date you paid, the full amount you paid, and how you paid;
6 [0 C1 n/ ?3 ^! w7 g. ha letter explaining the reason for the urgency; and
  G% B2 p3 J$ H% {/ G0 Z0 s5 _proof of the urgency (e.g. a doctor’s note, death certificate, or letter from your employer).

2 m! m* B* {& S$ }3 n4 g2. 我平常周末在邮局帮忙，对此比较了解。如果你用 express post 大信封，可以把材料分装到小信封里面，上面写上各个申请人的名字，然后把这些信封塞进这个大信封里面。
