雇主可以这么解释:
mandatory training course deposit - conditional refundable

( f+ _* a6 M/ j/ M/ y2 q  F; o/ c' `结论就是，在Employment Standard里面，只要员工authorized in writing，雇主可以扣掉或者暂时hold住，你们读也不读就想当然告诉别人错误的信息。
