Job Duties:

- Ability to train staff on customer service matters, stocking up products and sales

* J5 P; g9 O1 t- c1 R- Organize and distribute staff schedules

- Preparing daily sales deposits, setting up cashier tills, etc..

4 L! D5 ^1 n) u! x3 x3 F+ a; Q- Opening and closing procedures

$ ~2 E! L$ {+ ]2 T! V  J- Load and unload merchandise for sales floor distribution

- Set up floor and window displays

- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.

- Willingness to learn, self-motivation, good communication and interpersonal abilities, computer literacy, and teamwork

- Prior experience is a plus

- Able to read Japanese is a plus

Job Type: Full-time (35 hours minimum)
