Job Duties:

5 b4 x. u3 r& ]& Y- Ability to train staff on customer service matters, stocking up products and sales

- Organize and distribute staff schedules

8 a. t* W7 q. X% D- Preparing daily sales deposits, setting up cashier tills, etc..
& x; s9 e5 k1 n8 K0 J* U. P
- Opening and closing procedures

3 t5 y' @1 {6 ~* t1 [- Load and unload merchandise for sales floor distribution
8 H7 @# ~' H/ I1 N9 l# ]5 P2 O
- Set up floor and window displays
0 }( h' N2 d/ m8 I7 x% ?7 V* z
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally

- Perform all duties assigned by Store Manager

, Y, V% `  z& ^- Willingness to learn, self-motivation, good communication and interpersonal abilities, computer literacy, and teamwork

- Prior experience is a plus+
  
- Able to read Japanese is a plus
