: j# S/ J0 J) }) tAs a Shift Supervisor, the incumbent is responsible for the safe and effective operation of the Reclamation and Pond Operations facilities on a shift basis. Other job duties include:* j2 P" |' y( P- p$ E4 }
5 y" _' B7 w& I" o# g- Supervising Shift personnel to ensure reclamation operating targets are achieved. 5 W& y5 H) p( M, I
- Developing and implementing programs focused on the optimization and continuous improvement of the operating plants.
& g, K4 H. `- v- Ensuring effective on-shift training and progression qualification for operators. + m1 i' A ^+ a+ J5 M
- Developing and revising applicable standards and procedures.
/ M9 D j/ r$ p9 m- K b8 ?9 a- G- Ensuring a structured approach to managing safety performance and environmental diligence.

- Strong leadership skills 2 H. u' D1 c; \& y2 ?7 r# \
- A minimum of grade 12 diploma 8 o/ `$ \$ A, i0 ^( ]6 I) i; c
- High motivation with good interpersonal, communication, planning and organizational skills - r5 t2 N* d4 F" K& O9 G: u* x9 [
- Several years experience related to large materials processing plant or dredging operations
