# U5 S9 L, w. vAs a Shift Supervisor, the incumbent is responsible for the safe and effective operation of the Reclamation and Pond Operations facilities on a shift basis. Other job duties include:& s: U+ ?. ^+ Q7 m9 t, k
) p( M9 h" m9 ?, A @- Supervising Shift personnel to ensure reclamation operating targets are achieved. 8 M6 P2 z7 ]6 A- V* G. M/ d6 T _
- Developing and implementing programs focused on the optimization and continuous improvement of the operating plants.
1 Y$ D/ R# c& x* S$ X! D+ ~- Ensuring effective on-shift training and progression qualification for operators.

- Ensuring a structured approach to managing safety performance and environmental diligence. ( c% G. d* p) i0 ~. b# ]& H
- Ensuring effective communications within the Reclamation Operating Group as well as with other departments, and with other operating groups (Extraction). $ ~# p; y! t4 e
- Managing shift expense budgets. ) |4 A% F b Y; g

- Strong leadership skills

- High motivation with good interpersonal, communication, planning and organizational skills
