4 v; k. c; [- M5 cAs a Shift Supervisor, the incumbent is responsible for the safe and effective operation of the Reclamation and Pond Operations facilities on a shift basis. Other job duties include:
- l+ J" U5 H0 R) u9 L0 Y0 E, E" {
+ B6 H6 T/ t% P- Supervising Shift personnel to ensure reclamation operating targets are achieved.
" @6 V, i: _9 ^- b- Developing and implementing programs focused on the optimization and continuous improvement of the operating plants.
- Ensuring effective on-shift training and progression qualification for operators.
- Developing and revising applicable standards and procedures.
- Ensuring a structured approach to managing safety performance and environmental diligence.
- Ensuring effective communications within the Reclamation Operating Group as well as with other departments, and with other operating groups (Extraction).
- Managing shift expense budgets.

8 c# ^3 _2 V$ k+ }- Previous supervisory experience
- Strong leadership skills
- A minimum of grade 12 diploma
' R7 h! b! ?& e& J- High motivation with good interpersonal, communication, planning and organizational skills
- Several years experience related to large materials processing plant or dredging operations
- A good working knowledge of OH & S regulations and thorough understanding of Loss Management techniques.
