Your Key Responsibilities
% T% r& H0 d. @! `" i! d3 n: _•Support, configure, maintain and upgrade network devices, including but are not limited to firewalls, load-balancers, switches.* }3 s/ c3 \/ N# X6 X
•Monitor network availability and performance. Review alerts and notifications from monitoring systems and diagnose issues. Perform analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting and escalate problems as necessary.1 \- T' }) ~! ]; L' Y
•Perform timely response and technical support to all incidents, requests, outages, and alerts.
. E2 u" J8 ?, i( j5 Z•Develop and maintain the documentation of operations support procedures and incidents.; O' n: Z6 \9 T. e
•Follow the change management processes for all the production change.
r- }7 @5 _$ V4 S O8 s•Respond to after-hours phone calls, resolve problems and/or escalate to appropriate teams as needed.

Your Capabilities and Credentials
, y/ I$ w1 v: V, r•Strong foundation of networking concepts including routing, switching, firewall, and VPN.
$ B; i- Y4 m# A T•Understand the overall design concept of IT system and cloud computing.
0 x' L, C y. G) f' B•Experience with routing and switching of multiple VLANs (Juniper is preferred).
e0 `1 R) b) E0 X8 ]•Experience in network security (i.e., firewalls and intrusion prevention systems)." v9 p0 w2 s3 [0 ~- h0 p/ n
•Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple escalated support incidents under tight time lines.

•Excellent documentation skills with detail and accuracy. & w* z" h3 F3 t( S) y/ y7 R

Education and Experience
! t- }" h6 M& h( l j& f' OPost-secondary education or equivalent experience in Network Administration or related field. j, X, ?, d" \8 `# ?7 w
% P3 W3 q: E8 q' O2+ years network related experience.0 \4 V3 u/ F: U4 D
