•Support, configure, maintain and upgrade network devices, including but are not limited to firewalls, load-balancers, switches.
•Monitor network availability and performance. Review alerts and notifications from monitoring systems and diagnose issues. Perform analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting and escalate problems as necessary.
9 R9 b: ~4 \& h•Perform timely response and technical support to all incidents, requests, outages, and alerts.
  r' Z8 B/ c  H/ Q  f6 h, x1 g•Develop and maintain the documentation of operations support procedures and incidents.

•Respond to after-hours phone calls, resolve problems and/or escalate to appropriate teams as needed.
; a4 N+ T, m. \" c•Participate in an on-call rotation to provide support for network related issues.

Qualifications

. q- c- @  ^  U( D% QYour Capabilities and Credentials
( U/ M- ?8 y. m) k7 o2 I( s3 d  T•Strong foundation of networking concepts including routing, switching, firewall, and VPN.
) F6 g7 T3 ^5 M, e4 x8 ~7 X•Understand the overall design concept of IT system and cloud computing.
4 N2 z- ~" B, r$ }' J: J) x0 o4 T9 \•Experience with routing and switching of multiple VLANs (Juniper is preferred).
- r! [) n$ [; c. \8 C7 e•Experience in network security (i.e., firewalls and intrusion prevention systems).
& _3 w( H: w' r% ~•Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple escalated support incidents under tight time lines.
% U* s$ u- ]3 b+ |+ {•Good organizational and logical thinking skills.
$ b; C: y. _- Z' v  U•Excellent documentation skills with detail and accuracy.
7 k  D: N1 W- W•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Education and Experience
2 T- t: e, U* V: K. EPost-secondary education or equivalent experience in Network Administration or related field.

2+ years network related experience.
