If you like you can use more ingredients such as bacon, onion/green onion/chives, ransh salad dressing or sour cream

Place potatoes and salt into a large pot filled with enough water to cover the potatoes. " r& i. @! I: t
Bring to a boil, and cook until tender, about 15 minutes. : u5 q0 l5 R% n! M' k/ c. G
Drain the water, mix in butter and mash/beat with mixer.
