- Working Hour request: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm with 1 hour break in between (Monday to Friday except statutory holiday)

I.        Order Related6 a2 j3 e. I; {% P

/ A* C( N! f( Z( H- K5 c- Check order Accuracy in time manner
) p9 U: g2 \- C5 a# `2 w: y- Order Acknowledge by email# V5 ?% U$ a! d1 T
- Order Checking according to guideline
9 X6 k, X" S! y5 s1 N- Order/Data entry Accuracy in time manner
+ w" R: x* @! Z0 L3 F- Charge Credit Card to approve payment( K- e1 J7 X- K7 e1 u6 L
- Send orders to warehouse to process7 y- N3 t. }6 t+ x7 P; k
- Communicate with warehouse if there is any special request or Inventory Shortage
/ a# t1 Z" {2 P8 x$ h- Follow up and report about order status5 d: b  B: f* [/ \, s
- Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.( B- D; M/ T$ q. i2 n& }
- Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity.
! o. ]: V% C  P4 _- Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues independently
4 D/ ]; a+ |8 j* E! Y- Submit ASN and invoice on Customer Portal in Time Manner.
/ [/ r% m) P# W, E' H3 t- Submit weekly inventory update on assigned Portal, ~$ V7 Q' a5 [5 u; W; Z
- Point of contact with warehouse for all related matters
! k" A, }6 O1 z9 X- Point of contact with Factory in China
- A+ Q8 o% C. N7 u5 y# C3 S" c- Check Customer credit and fill backorders accordingly
# Z) E$ j0 s4 W! I6 u/ X- Communicate with warehouse for shipment shortage
! x, Z) U  R1 C1 G# y0 H: Y! ~1 W- Coordinate and investigate client logistic associated charge backs like shortages, lost/ damage product in transit and missed deliveries with     account representative
0 l, g9 r- q. S+ J- i- Submit claim with Fedex or LTL carriers. Follow up from A to Z. 1 o4 S$ M* W$ K3 A
- EDI accounts related work and others as required 2 P6 \$ C$ O  {" u

II.        Logistic:

- Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation.5 A1 |  i4 F: ]# P
- Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures+ o/ W5 l9 {8 f2 r' F: g" e- j
- Recommend most efficient means of transportation needs and procedures.0 @, ]: f9 w: c! I. n& f
- Support monthly summary of transporter scorecard reports along with tracking metrics.
2 b/ U0 U* L, u. S- Perform on going evaluation and review of transportation arrangement for constant improvement opportunities.
; o" z" _# I5 u/ S; [+ P  l7 m- Collect scorecard metrics and ensure to persuade changes with suppliers.9 R! e' E+ H+ s# e! f" T
- Investigate alternative distribution processes effectiveness for definite customers as required.1 ]) a( ~( t1 O6 z$ z) H
- Identify sensitive clients and interact special customer requirements with carriers.& W0 m1 g5 }' k3 q% i
- Develop and present status reports to improve and supervise logistics order performance.
. O: l9 K7 J3 C% s- X. a  A# Q% ^- Instruct carrier agents and supervise for ample action and results concerning transportation.

- Work out Sales or Inventory related Reports on Monthly Basis or others as required

- Data Analysis on Weekly Sales Through Report for 2-5 key accounts( m2 i$ K" e. W
- Update system with Shipping information at order level
% D. d0 B5 p# q2 ?' q- Y9 ]- Assist Auditing’s request for Order Processing related procedures
