- Submit weekly inventory update on assigned Portal

9 G* w/ _- P& ]- Point of contact with Factory in China
# C- N/ ^' @; f6 Z7 L# Q- Check Customer credit and fill backorders accordingly

- Coordinate and investigate client logistic associated charge backs like shortages, lost/ damage product in transit and missed deliveries with account representative
& i; H1 w( F9 E5 }" C% c- Submit claim with Fedex or LTL carriers. Follow up from A to Z.
& s, x' N% D3 G3 }3 b& a( C- EDI accounts related work and others as required ! T. U! q, U) r S1 d6 ?" r

- Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation.8 Z9 C+ `. b" X2 y; h2 X1 @
- Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures) @9 g. j$ P1 o( F3 @# J, z
- Recommend most efficient means of transportation needs and procedures.' Q1 e1 ]% U L/ I0 c
- Support monthly summary of transporter scorecard reports along with tracking metrics.
' K# h6 g& u0 ~3 M) ^6 b- Perform on going evaluation and review of transportation arrangement for constant improvement opportunities.
$ H1 u" W5 [% X; a0 W$ c- Collect scorecard metrics and ensure to persuade changes with suppliers.
& @) q& U% X+ H6 T- Investigate alternative distribution processes effectiveness for definite customers as required." C: l& k/ W/ _6 {7 a
- Identify sensitive clients and interact special customer requirements with carriers.; Z( f% a+ { A' G# h& g/ b( x) L% D
- Develop and present status reports to improve and supervise logistics order performance.2 K, C) r4 E% I. y% ]( I
- Instruct carrier agents and supervise for ample action and results concerning transportation.6 x3 D1 d7 o7 o4 }; w( w
- Identify best cost effective procedure of transportation.

- Work out Weekly Sales Report
