- Working Hour request: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm with 1 hour break in between (Monday to Friday except statutory holiday)

- Check order Accuracy in time manner& t2 d0 [3 l* J  k2 D/ b: l
- Order Acknowledge by email
2 i" L! i' y, `; N# \3 r! b- Order Checking according to guideline1 D& T( _  b& {" A1 q
- Order/Data entry Accuracy in time manner0 n( g3 F3 Y  s; S
- Charge Credit Card to approve payment: b& d2 ]& k2 S
- Send orders to warehouse to process
* U8 k5 ?& x! A5 R- Communicate with warehouse if there is any special request or Inventory Shortage2 ^% Z+ F; q& d' B" Z! }
- Follow up and report about order status
; F" ~3 @* h: `9 e1 k- Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.
7 M  z% q3 J- }: y! @2 [- Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity.
* ?( B5 \4 Y0 V1 B4 o- c- Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues independently
" Y7 Q' }. {5 S% V- Submit ASN and invoice on Customer Portal in Time Manner.
+ y$ Z7 b; ~( }$ H' B+ D- Submit weekly inventory update on assigned Portal+ s1 m' y" B, Z6 Y& n
- Point of contact with warehouse for all related matters
# ~6 U% p9 u2 s, v7 S# p5 s- Point of contact with Factory in China
! a+ C! }2 W/ N7 a  w- Check Customer credit and fill backorders accordingly
* D3 k* K: U" K: T4 [. q- Communicate with warehouse for shipment shortage
# y! G+ j( P" q7 q- Coordinate and investigate client logistic associated charge backs like shortages, lost/ damage product in transit and missed deliveries with     account representative8 `% ?; k) X# g3 d$ s# `: p* h
- Submit claim with Fedex or LTL carriers. Follow up from A to Z.
, w- e% e& {+ Y. W- EDI accounts related work and others as required

II.        Logistic:

- Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation.% W  `) Y& p6 v: E* d" {
- Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures
* x! W% }# R! D# v1 T- Recommend most efficient means of transportation needs and procedures.
/ O* S- e6 O/ l7 c0 K8 M+ @9 K$ H- Support monthly summary of transporter scorecard reports along with tracking metrics.+ [! R" g- u% Q
- Perform on going evaluation and review of transportation arrangement for constant improvement opportunities.
. [/ v" a: j) L2 @& ?( L- Collect scorecard metrics and ensure to persuade changes with suppliers.
, b' p1 R  [9 z( r9 X  u2 A- Investigate alternative distribution processes effectiveness for definite customers as required.1 S# t1 X+ P& @, G2 G. r3 f& r
- Identify sensitive clients and interact special customer requirements with carriers.
+ a) ]* f$ I& h+ V" \5 o- Develop and present status reports to improve and supervise logistics order performance.* y8 [4 m( Z- k7 X
- Instruct carrier agents and supervise for ample action and results concerning transportation.
& `& y' J/ o1 p6 U! P$ ]2 ^! @- Identify best cost effective procedure of transportation.

- Work out Weekly Sales Report

- Update system with Shipping information at order level
