PLC, HMI and SCADA programming of control systems in a variety of platforms for water and wastewater treatment systems.
1 y* J% u* y9 ?! P8 ] ]8 GConfiguration and testing of PLC data and IO networks.( A+ {% O- O6 d) K$ \
Read and process engineering documents, including P&IDs, process design guidelines, Electrical Schematics, Communications Network Architecture and engineering best practices guides., h( a2 d3 t% U s! z" [% y4 e
Collaborate in cross-functional project team discussions and meetings, and proactively seek relevant details for programming deliverables.7 ^' g) J. b+ [0 i- H% ]7 N, \: `
Interpret and follow contract and customer specifications! t, {& U5 c2 g2 H; c* i
Contribute to the design of process controls strategies and documentation with operator and equipment safety in mind.

Lead/coordinate/guide other automation programming resources for projects as needed: k- u/ ^! B7 n7 v
Communicate in a formal, professional, and technical manner to various audiences$ q! `$ _- V% r$ V, v
Provide timely support for field service teams during commissioning, trouble-shooting, and issue resolution
5 Z* U( O0 \1 k% @2 GWork with 3rd-party system integrators to coordinate plant design and operation as needed9 c; F! R% i( x1 m% v9 ~
Establish, maintain, implement and follow standard practices for programming.% } \5 }; G( s# u% q d% Y3 f
Execute projects for a wide variety of Water Treatment Technologies (including Ion Exchange, Immersed and Pressurized Ultra Filtration, Membrane Bioreactors, Reverse Osmosis, Electro Deionization, Electrodialysis Reversal, Thermal, Conventional)7 K1 _# z4 u+ c8 ?% t- h L
Participate in customer witnessed FAT, SAT and other related Control System checkouts as needed
' k; r- z; D9 {( u( dWork with internal stakeholders to provide input up front in the project cycle including bids, design reviews and factory testing8 p9 B8 I/ m3 e% H: |4 Q
Lead internal initiatives aimed at improving the automation team and greater business and independently drive to closure' g4 a1 K) ^; h6 Q: I! R
Occasional domestic travel (~15%) for client meetings or customer site visits. ~- I) g. I$ ^

% u6 h8 r7 n& g# A! A) @7 ?Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Equivalent from an accredited University or College
* b y' D0 I2 e) N) ^8 g5 {Two to five years' experience developing Rockwell based PLC, HMI and SCADA programs for process control applications.
! w0 D5 i" j; aAutomation testing experience (simulation and/or field environment)
) D/ h: d" @8 YExperience interpreting process control documents.
0 O, z4 J( L* z1 XExcellent written/verbal communication skills and problem-solving abilities# L) d/ v) v4 n& w5 J
Proven ability to follow set of procedures and standards, and extrapolate new concepts from established standards
' g3 Q$ d5 x0 x3 eKnowledge of and/or demonstrated ability to learn equipment and processes related to SUEZ WTS products and systems including but not limited to RO/ED, UF/MBR, Ion Exchange, Thermal and Conventional technologies

Mechanical experience particularly with water treatment equipment (pumps, valves, instrumentation, relief valves, regulators, pneumatic systems, etc.), ?: D1 r, |* g
Electrical experience particularly with electrical panels and water treatment equipment2 ?" g/ x! Y, o7 A& [
Ability to operate under pressure on tight timelines while producing detailed and accurate documents
