Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
! H/ I3 c9 `  ~2 J3 j-Completion of a post-secondary education
-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
3 k0 w5 [6 N8 U0 @-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
. r8 O7 J  [; y" K9 `7 q: R-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
& k, J/ n# A. {3 @( x$ \-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
& Z! N- y' ~$ p, h% P' h3 B-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
$ O+ G1 D' n2 v+ `; G$ n/ T-Sales Experience is an asset
-Fluent in English and Cantonese
-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
