) S; l  X' v5 D-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
! |) \1 I8 u/ ]3 [" \6 W% d) K-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
- e/ _4 e% k. g. |6 O* |/ N( M-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
9 A) }2 X' |% q: j) A8 J-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
: m9 U5 N0 Q4 |& b0 k-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
+ I% A. g" J- {& k-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
! ]0 ?" V5 |) h-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
# r# o! a; B  e! l0 P) }-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
  O, ~7 c9 i% }  Y2 d3 m3 t* H& d-Sales Experience is an asset
