Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
# Q3 H5 O: Z9 K7 p. u% ^-Completion of a post-secondary education
-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
1 h* |$ ^7 @( C: V% c-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
& }7 r) G) I+ B5 `2 k  C-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
. G( O% q! C1 }3 y( B+ B$ B% Q-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
8 L& |; G$ x7 ~0 C-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
% c5 G. @$ D4 i5 O5 y! M-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
: f- v4 L& o* R% X-Sales Experience is an asset
2 q' ]8 H# U1 j-Fluent in English and Cantonese
-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
