-Completion of a post-secondary education
-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
) r  @* F: v+ z5 ?2 J% F-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
6 `. g& C. m; R1 f6 R" O-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
; u- }  [. Y; d, I, k-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
3 z$ g% \+ k& J& v, _-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
; [' m4 V+ M% n-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
-Sales Experience is an asset
0 e/ o' c# C& O, P. Q-Fluent in English and Cantonese
" Y( ^6 v5 W3 R4 o& u-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
