Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
  O' l$ h& d7 s, q-Completion of a post-secondary education
-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
  x8 Y6 j! M# v: I/ d* k8 v-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
; ]4 W% N5 s; P- c4 [# X-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
4 Y! c7 V1 t$ H" m0 W2 E' F+ A-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
$ `3 a& x1 O" D3 \-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
2 e: d! U% P0 Z' P-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
% F" ^- B* Z  N, W; k-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
8 K8 R) \# l( T7 N' M-Sales Experience is an asset
! @7 |, S  a+ h! i-Fluent in English and Cantonese
-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
