$ q$ M" i5 H) T' p-Completion of a post-secondary education
% G3 ?* \) \0 n2 a3 Q; q* J" t/ S-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
% H! t+ x) u; J, H. b-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
; P. e* E' K: O. b0 o-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
. T, A/ w; V# `* J% N# W* q-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
$ m8 p/ c  o8 J-Sales Experience is an asset
8 J" C+ b$ Q/ A* z* w7 x$ ~+ T4 c! c-Fluent in English and Cantonese
-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
