Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
0 S/ s) i! U+ e- h$ o; \- Secondary school graduate
  E' O" E) H" P7 N/ x9 E- Minimum 6 months experience in a related role.

" x7 t0 C1 z2 \- Strong communication (verbal and written), customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn and operate new software and technology.

& v8 c; {" \1 s- Ability to multi-task, and work independently.
. d- }% R- o! B  {: e- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Previous customer service/banking industry experience an asset.
* h# D& \% W2 i  y! B3 f1 k" V3 I7 j- Ability to handle large volumes, tight turnarounds, and multiple deadlines.
- Some experience with conflict resolution required.
