- Secondary school graduate
, F6 J+ y& |& b/ t. C- Minimum 6 months experience in a related role.
- Team player and development minded.
- Strong communication (verbal and written), customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn and operate new software and technology.
- Detailed orientated with good time management and organizational skills.

- Previous customer service/banking industry experience an asset.
7 [+ S- T; ~8 G  j7 e# r% k- Ability to handle large volumes, tight turnarounds, and multiple deadlines.
  F6 i+ z4 Z4 O- n5 a7 O4 _- Some experience with conflict resolution required.
