- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Previous customer service/banking industry experience an asset.
& b- n' ^3 V  f- Ability to handle large volumes, tight turnarounds, and multiple deadlines.
3 i/ R$ @$ e: k+ F/ U' v- Some experience with conflict resolution required.
- Cantonese and Mandarin language skills an asset.
