Job Responsibilities:

• Maximize company sales growth and profitability through the use of creative selling skills, teamwork and customer service
5 h, G7 X9 y2 q2 W4 v# `• Self motivated ability to work with little or no supervision
5 `, V# e4 @; A5 e6 v8 F• Ensure store presentation standards and cleanliness
; W' t0 j' t! J' X! |3 m* \• Maintain knowledge of all product information, intranet communications, and current advertising and marketing initiatives.
. h, Q8 _6 i2 T2 _! G: B0 p1 N• Maintain flexibility with schedule to meet the needs of the team and overall business.
• Help with moving furniture in showroom and assemble the display.

• outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient at analyzing numbers.
• Able to work under fast pace work environment.
# Y; F4 d3 ]5 e• Adept at problem solving and ability to manage change in a positive manner.
& Z- v  t# n7 N+ }• Strong computer skills and knowledge

, _$ g2 }& i: j• Act professionally, ethically and with integrity to use good judgment.
• Strong time management. Strong attention to detail
• Previous customer service experience

• Availability - evening and weekend shift are a must
