Rutherford Vs South Terwilleger

I have been both area lat weekend, most visitors (90%)are Chinese.
Price in Rutherford increase crazy. the Pacesetter Madison D model was 504K in early Feb, now asking 623K. I felt the price in S.T. more reasonable.

i have been 2 places about 4 hours, total 6 different builders. i saw 2 couple Indians and 2 couple whites but at least 10 couples Chinese(speak Maderian and Cantoness) and 2 crews(4-5).

I live in Terwillegar Town and my cousin lives in Rutherford.

If you look at the map, Terwillegar Town is inside the A. Henday Drive while Rutherford is outside the A.Henday Drive. From my opinion, Terwillegar gives you a feeling of closer to the city.

Both Terwillegar and Rutherford have a very convenient access to A.Henday Drive but only Terwillegar has an easy access to Whitemud Drive.
