CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

4 B- u! w3 ]  s( B  rResponsibilities:
•        Manage all accounting transactions
3 Y% t; }( ^8 L  e•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
' `6 u# Y9 e; e) [% r•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
# ?& d5 @( X$ t/ U" h•        Ensure timely bank payments
•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
6 s! i! v" Z* x0 z8 a•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
' w% o' ]' m5 `, j•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

. ^4 [" C3 j4 F4 `7 @' _Accountant Requirements:
) z4 n& Z3 K' `2 i
•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
  }2 A8 G; S9 N. w, u8 X( k0 y4 P5 V•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.
