CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

+ \# z' k' k9 ]  |3 f•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
/ k2 c1 R. i+ n1 X. B! R•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
, g$ V# a6 O1 i! U+ F9 {8 V. q0 y•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
$ A% O. q. z- l( ^" W•        Ensure timely bank payments
•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
/ W! M2 @* Y1 o2 S5 [8 D•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

& }4 Q- H$ i/ f! X( P4 ^Accountant Requirements:
, e1 J+ G! e+ r! n7 m4 ?; p% y
3 ?% P& Y# {7 W) g- [•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
4 d+ H/ N# x. D•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
7 _: V8 O5 w  Z( u•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
8 V' s2 T2 @( N•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
# L3 }  h# c0 ~8 _) G; I: |7 p( D•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
