CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:
•        Manage all accounting transactions
1 u' X! R7 M( `0 Z1 v+ G* o, a•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
6 |/ i) F) h" q' ~/ I0 M2 @•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
5 A" Z7 x% X9 e& U8 g7 o7 ?•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
' n: x9 B" A5 H" B6 J  g) j•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
4 w6 ~) c. Z5 ]. N" s- M" X( d" r! R* c•        Comply with financial policies and regulations

! n. Y4 M' r% E) R( s* fAccountant Requirements:

•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
. M8 C6 a; n1 l1 g# E$ `6 u•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
. d8 L2 A: m, Y•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
9 D! J! U2 g: |; H: r•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.
