CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:
* v( K( F& f6 p* I; s/ K9 K1 c•        Manage all accounting transactions
0 ]$ M7 [$ i+ H+ f$ e•        Publish financial statements in time
% A: `( t2 C* N•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:
, e. z4 ?! b- N  J$ _' b" c
6 [9 ~% P4 j: Y' d$ m3 {( ~•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
3 f$ K+ N9 Y) k1 T$ z. u) c•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
  o( ^* h* s/ X# {* F$ f  M•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
/ n4 P) j+ E. g9 y( r6 r+ L9 x•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
