CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

# O/ h: H: c6 B- N/ r; J•        Manage all accounting transactions
% f8 Y$ O5 L! a•        Publish financial statements in time
5 D: C3 t5 P! X1 n& J•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
7 p2 p+ t! w$ i' z•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
' L; U4 d' u/ S% \•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
4 U: }5 [1 q7 Y" B•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
, p0 ]0 v2 Q% g) Y•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
5 }2 U. J! d; ^6 w•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
, Z1 o8 E4 j9 M( p3 R- v# W5 x•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:

( m3 F, W9 J9 H5 t+ h3 _# `•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
' `  g% V, D" L3 z6 k- |  B8 N8 w•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
) W3 \0 ^" ]$ P7 ]0 K: S•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
6 R- w- H8 l. w: P" y•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
/ T1 |  o* u8 [+ x•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
