Responsible for regional/office network implementation and maintenance, including WAN/LAN/Voice solution design, network equipment configurations and deployment, network system troubleshooting and health checking.' \* S) V" j' W1 ` c
Responsible for system implementation and maintenance, including windows server system, web application system, database and storage system.
1 i2 @( {9 c+ S! i( g3 lResponsible for IT infrastructure construction and maintenance, including IT server room, structure cabling system, video conference system, UPS etc.
; q, w, r: G' O( I5 n* p" A9 tResponsible for service provider quotation, biding, negotiation and supervising the engineering work provided by service provider.7 f1 W- D7 Z$ _! E1 X- H2 x1 m
Responsible for desktop/laptop provision, prepare corporate standard OS/Software/Application and security settings before distribute to end users.
5 b/ e& g0 R x: HResponsible for user training on IT platforms/OA/Application/Services.- y) _: K2 T" b4 ?$ y% w& ~# O0 J
Network and server system maintenance and troubleshooting. IT infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting.
- E( y; b5 u* s+ S# N. z/ |Implement IT standard/policy in responsible offices. Analyze business requirement and initial the IT project to satisfy the requirement.6 x8 e* i! U5 O! e2 h7 Y
Build IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, server room, cabling, door access control/CCTV etc. IT service incident management, availability management, capacity management, continuity management, data backup and recovery etc.; X% z/ D, v7 ?9 W
Help desk support for users, including desktop support, printer machine support, IT training etc. |
