Responsible for regional/office network implementation and maintenance, including WAN/LAN/Voice solution design, network equipment configurations and deployment, network system troubleshooting and health checking.% l& U" E$ ~+ t( m( K$ R8 W
Responsible for system implementation and maintenance, including windows server system, web application system, database and storage system.4 U8 q2 y! {/ M3 R5 F
Responsible for IT infrastructure construction and maintenance, including IT server room, structure cabling system, video conference system, UPS etc.
; y7 X% u% Q- Q$ [7 s2 lResponsible for service provider quotation, biding, negotiation and supervising the engineering work provided by service provider.
1 E& j q0 X/ {& z5 OResponsible for desktop/laptop provision, prepare corporate standard OS/Software/Application and security settings before distribute to end users.
6 v) f! `* P V: }Responsible for user training on IT platforms/OA/Application/Services.
3 n( g# ]1 Q" {. T! T' B9 BNetwork and server system maintenance and troubleshooting. IT infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting.
: ~( {0 O; [$ t' P0 sImplement IT standard/policy in responsible offices. Analyze business requirement and initial the IT project to satisfy the requirement.; l0 U6 @: I. M7 J5 t5 w* U
Build IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, server room, cabling, door access control/CCTV etc. IT service incident management, availability management, capacity management, continuity management, data backup and recovery etc.3 _/ C7 ^$ y+ Y# W" g7 S
Help desk support for users, including desktop support, printer machine support, IT training etc. |
