Responsible for system implementation and maintenance, including windows server system, web application system, database and storage system.3 |9 E# Q) l* N# p1 ?
Responsible for IT infrastructure construction and maintenance, including IT server room, structure cabling system, video conference system, UPS etc.
0 E- W( h. n9 e' \; j& c, y) A$ ?Responsible for service provider quotation, biding, negotiation and supervising the engineering work provided by service provider.
4 z1 k9 T! i9 E- HResponsible for desktop/laptop provision, prepare corporate standard OS/Software/Application and security settings before distribute to end users.
! t; t' t, H0 fResponsible for user training on IT platforms/OA/Application/Services.
$ v- V, G7 y. P' w& z q* B* jNetwork and server system maintenance and troubleshooting. IT infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting./ Y% @! A# T. }/ r" x
Implement IT standard/policy in responsible offices. Analyze business requirement and initial the IT project to satisfy the requirement.
8 n# B9 [- e" MBuild IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, server room, cabling, door access control/CCTV etc. IT service incident management, availability management, capacity management, continuity management, data backup and recovery etc.* T4 J4 U/ O( O* v6 ~9 z3 v+ o
