Job Description
4 i3 P: @! e0 v0 o/ gResponsible for regional/office network implementation and maintenance, including WAN/LAN/Voice solution design, network equipment configurations and deployment, network system troubleshooting and health checking.
, e1 _. T1 ^9 h7 w+ M6 m. PResponsible for system implementation and maintenance, including windows server system, web application system, database and storage system.
- f! Q6 b" B) D ?5 K& e7 MResponsible for IT infrastructure construction and maintenance, including IT server room, structure cabling system, video conference system, UPS etc.
8 l' |8 S u- d. ^- t" KResponsible for service provider quotation, biding, negotiation and supervising the engineering work provided by service provider.) D9 J# ^- Q2 i! m m# O1 o
Responsible for desktop/laptop provision, prepare corporate standard OS/Software/Application and security settings before distribute to end users.- c: a+ q" W$ \8 m. e$ H8 O
Responsible for user training on IT platforms/OA/Application/Services., h. x2 u9 o1 J1 D5 |3 o3 E
Network and server system maintenance and troubleshooting. IT infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting.
& V9 }; i O7 s2 K& [# CImplement IT standard/policy in responsible offices. Analyze business requirement and initial the IT project to satisfy the requirement.( H! E/ A& I, b" r5 R. R3 g7 ^
Build IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, server room, cabling, door access control/CCTV etc. IT service incident management, availability management, capacity management, continuity management, data backup and recovery etc.- j+ T0 y4 d9 r" X" }# m8 _
Help desk support for users, including desktop support, printer machine support, IT training etc. |
