The Sushi Food Prep Teammate is responsible for the day-to-day operations including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
' K2 p0 }* A, Z4 {0 r' v-Job Responsibilities:
Create high-quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling, and date stamping.
; W' `5 v  `( t5 mEnsure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered.
* g8 L( i: m( m+ Z  W- U- ?Provide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
4 ~$ K$ {' Z( NMaintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk.
6 ]; g% Z: ]# l2 \& R. SOrder and receive raw materials and dry goods.
; r# q- p1 m% }) z( fMaintain daily production records.
