-Job Description
/ F# d( g" _* X8 ?8 K3 B% K; `3 YThe Sushi Food Prep Teammate is responsible for the day-to-day operations including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
( X0 F$ m% C; ^+ o( O/ J-Job Responsibilities:
Create high-quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling, and date stamping.
Ensure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered.
$ t* ?9 R6 d2 U" v7 u- SProvide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
( L1 z8 B5 N% ?/ MMaintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk.
Order and receive raw materials and dry goods.
; G$ d3 V; A& e- qMaintain daily production records.
