工作职责
7 u# w9 c6 o8 t/ ~. K; B  U4 O# AŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
: [8 `5 u$ T0 yŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
任职要求
8 f: @& f5 i: ^* [0 S+ uŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
$ u, m7 H+ h# i6 YŸ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
4 U. m* G8 D7 x) K+ V; TŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
: n1 e+ v8 Z7 t, C6 d" i) a9 FŸ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
/ W0 J1 Z  {- J0 l; OŸ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
; L9 M9 T* [: ~7 jŸ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
. y1 a2 E7 y6 J4 O% T5 y" p- E5 O( xŸ   Valid driver’s license
Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
Ÿ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
