Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
; P8 H, `* _# W( \4 YŸ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
7 P+ |; X. \  @- ^/ ?8 y* JŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

, }( m# z- c, I$ Z1 I  g0 b- qŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
! ^0 Z$ V$ j" q' R  ]6 iŸ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
$ K7 t; V# v1 R( vŸ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
- i1 `3 ^* @  a% Y4 h1 O! E2 VŸ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
) u& |& D( a3 `. j' K8 b0 B1 ZŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

; Y8 u: A- A* w3 H) iŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
6 T2 {+ r. p. m" f% OŸ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
2 y/ L9 E# e/ Y7 EŸ   Valid driver’s license
Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
& r- _4 ]; i5 XŸ   Computer experience required.
) k" y4 E1 Y- e8 _' B5 ?8 uExperience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
