5 F0 V" O% U. i: R  KŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
$ W+ X4 H7 j. j% ]0 V. S' o5 WŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

: ^2 g' N( z# O" G* Z4 YŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
# H) B8 [8 Q6 Q) q/ t* }2 VŸ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
# r, c$ Y) t" IŸ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
; U" {, c' _. x+ d' f" i, Q8 w- x: w( QŸ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
+ u* V- ^$ c. d+ V5 V- rŸ   Excellent communication skills
$ G1 w5 F& ^( T8 A! @8 cŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
! o8 d5 }' ?0 j* U; ?+ b! ?: @- Y! KŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
3 \! Y; d: s$ m/ I. P: QŸ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
0 q  {! `2 T, m* A5 Y$ ^/ xŸ   Valid driver’s license
Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
Ÿ   Computer experience required.
9 K& b/ u2 H/ L* wExperience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
