Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
% C$ Z% L& V7 I! fŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

5 y0 Z+ ~9 `& H) k% nŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
# ^3 j. U- _3 _* o, |, vŸ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
# B0 i- Z/ I4 ?) l6 o# _Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
2 j, c/ `. t. O: [! a, AŸ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
- s6 ~" A; |8 o1 f" w* V! ZŸ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
5 U( B* G( W& ?" fŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
; W' l& `: x- ~7 r1 J( C' BŸ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
/ d8 G; y3 J! F7 \. cŸ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
Ÿ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
