Answer and direct phone calls
( G! u$ D$ s- w# UPlan meetings and take detailed minutes& `# w) T1 J# X6 v6 T) q: e& r
Create email templates for operations department
% l* v+ Z" M M' M8 x) kAssist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports6 t- O6 R4 D4 N# `% s4 x
Develop and maintain a filing system+ t$ l2 Q2 s: H9 ~
Update and maintain office policies and procedures+ @. D, X$ k4 T! [
Submit and reconcile expense reports
9 ?" j4 B9 Q [7 [+ CAct as the point of contact for internal and external clients" a- j( Y9 a& I m
Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
