Answer and direct phone calls

Create email templates for operations department

Update and maintain office policies and procedures" W6 U0 M u. q) k: Z. N
Submit and reconcile expense reports5 e) A5 v' \5 ^4 T6 v& R; O
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients( A2 v( g& Y, ?. c6 u& M6 h/ C: d
Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
