5 O' W) y* W( w/ n1 C* uBrief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
! u. s3 ~6 j; L8 ]  zDuties and Responsibilities:
' M4 x$ h2 r- A6 f% C1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
4. Calibration of Equipment
5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
% Y3 c! Q& A0 b6 H7 p5 t8 f* k6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
! v. D. a; Y- Z4 _/ I7. Other duties as assigned

" |" @8 _' n, u0 E* r7 ^) h8 C1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
( K9 q* r; E( G- h6 x, }2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
5. May need to work different hours
