Brief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
Duties and Responsibilities:
9 X; A1 k) U5 \; @' x9 x1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
' p' k6 o2 H' w  ?2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
2 S0 }& u* |, r0 H8 `3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
4. Calibration of Equipment
5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
9 |9 U9 Y2 {8 V6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
7. Other duties as assigned
$ [8 o6 \5 I0 g6 c2 F8 [% I. OSkills and specifications:
1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
