Brief Job Description: Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards. / B& h9 b7 n0 q0 t0 |3 Y7 w
Duties and Responsibilities:
) a& [9 h; f7 |: k. B1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing8 `$ I" F6 s" I1 C$ f3 G
2. Maintain and verify QA and production records6 d- m* K4 Q2 c+ ?
3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
( F' e! ^6 t# T7 j' J1 e4. Calibration of Equipment& @0 z2 u! m' h4 S
5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings; H# S+ S1 I" h) r3 u
6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices1 q. _% L8 W* ^$ R2 d5 v8 R4 u2 _3 y
7. Other duties as assigned$ v" D- z+ T$ a/ [
Skills and specifications:
% F6 j _% y0 F$ F$ F6 M* ]0 N1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science5 m) v( Z* s7 k3 c6 k, v: ]
2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
L9 `7 b, D) K; o- M3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset8 c( s5 B c' E/ i0 K6 W7 g: g
4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
