Brief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.

1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
& C- U" u0 v% d6 A2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
) P4 Z" g3 `* w7 v: x" h0 k- T2 D3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
4 j  Y  [6 t$ E0 _$ S8 t4. Calibration of Equipment
% U( {- R2 Y0 U. Q6 V4 H5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
7. Other duties as assigned
Skills and specifications:
9 p4 i3 l# T4 t* T1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
. Q; F4 ^" {& J: Z7 c% \2 Z3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
1 F# A# u0 F( }- a  x4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
