MadeFresh Foods Inc. is a fresh food manufacturer providing high-quality ready-to-eat food to your local grocery store.   MadeFresh Foods Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician for a part time position in Edmonton, AB.
" l( F7 H2 E- q: i) a  d# MBrief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
  f" l# I) r7 o! E# J# z% ]Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
$ B! o- t/ g* r0 D3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
9 |1 ~: M6 s2 U! N# p8 q' Y4. Calibration of Equipment
5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
- _$ f1 n) e' o, h6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
$ u: ]1 l, J, H* w- z& A; J7. Other duties as assigned
; m- I" e6 x! `6 g# P1 J' M; VSkills and specifications:
1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
9 [% m& z- S" ]- r) ]9 I$ |3 ]3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
5. May need to work different hours
