关于房租涨幅

请问Edmonton有没有关于房租涨幅的规定？比如每年的涨幅不能高于2%等等。

没有涨幅的限制。但是要一年后才可以涨

租房市场很好吗？不太敢涨租金。

谢谢楼上的解答。很早以前出租的房子，租金比市场价低不少，所以考虑是否涨一点租金。
