3 U; j- n# h/ q. B$ GStatistics Canada is looking for a reliable individual for a part-time position to work evenings and
+ O/ R3 u' a; ~( `3 J2 E+ fweekend hours.6 C3 z( q9 f$ S, S. ?( c
You will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of the Research Data Centre (RDC) computer
3 N; k, O; F) L# qlab located on the University of Alberta campus as well as providing administrative support for the
. V3 p8 J" w2 Z, k3 Bcentre.
" j9 E5 r" Q( b/ L+ xThese responsibilities include:8 H9 s* A4 z* l4 A) s: J
-Maintain the integrity of the security systems in the RDC.
6 }4 _! y! r' n4 h: M6 E-Provide basic support to clients on operating Window XP.1 E$ U# Y6 M$ |2 z: Q, w* M2 M# V
-Provide general office administration support, such as filing, upgrading software and6 r1 ~1 X# z' B: |3 f
renewing licenses, communicating with various university departments with respect to
9 C v% g4 ^% M& [+ ^facilities’ maintenance, etc. 1 x8 }0 K4 _, t- a5 Z P" \
-Conduct other office related tasks, such as Internet documents search, backup of electronic

-Successful completion of Bachelor degree in administration, business, computer sciences, o# e1 K9 N/ L$ m) D+ e

of education, training and /or experience.

-General knowledge of the Microsoft Window operating system.
6 k j7 f# J3 x4 G- V# e3 C-Extensive experience in using Microsoft Window office application software including Word
