        Answers phone calls and emails on inquiries and work requests.
) \8 a4 n& c, w& q0 w: r         Communicate with suppliers, contractors, co-workers and managers.
9 O- A2 G( y4 l( x" f. t         Maintain and update documents on receiving and shipping of materials.
% _+ T, h8 c3 F8 x2 s+ C0 v) B9 m         Write cheques, check invoices, and perform simple calculations.
        Generate reports.
        Provide friendly and professional services.
        Update customer information.
# x9 m1 M) q* h! |         Filling paperwork and document.
' K; M$ |1 ?% N         Monitor and order office supplies.
        Container information update
        Keep the office clean and organized.

Qualifications
( g' h, F7 j1 b5 @) w3 G         Strong verbal and written English.
        Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
        Good organization, communication and time management skills.
/ v4 G, D( i8 b. Y' g         Must have a vehicle to drive to work.
        Strong & out-going personality.
