Location: 312 Saddleback Rd NW Edmonton AB. 10729 108 St NW Edmonton AB. 10876 97 St NW. The location may be changed if required. On-site tasks may be assigned.

Job duties:
1. Complete daily lead follow-up for rentals

6 i( q6 o# i  ^7 D" d& b3. Maintenance requests follow up
4. Handling phone calls and emails
5. Bookkeeping
5 _5 }* |! u( u+ h6 f( z6. Visit the building and enter the units
9 R# W+ c( o4 Q- a7. Live on-site is preferred
8. Maintenance and cleaning may be needed

1. The employee is preferred to live on-site for at least 2 nights per week.
2. The employee may bring a roommate to occupy the space after the employer's consent

Requirements:
