7 z6 n) L* X7 L" |( j2. Arrange the viewing appointments
3. Maintenance requests follow up
# n1 F  E+ B9 q. a! i8 i( [5 D4. Handling phone calls and emails
5. Bookkeeping
) v) P7 S0 c2 n7 t6. Visit the building and enter the units
7. Live on-site is preferred
3 S/ X8 r" D3 `. z8. Maintenance and cleaning may be needed
9. More duties to be assigned by Chenjie

Live on-site:
1. The employee is preferred to live on-site for at least 2 nights per week.
2. The employee may bring a roommate to occupy the space after the employer's consent
