Job type: Permanent full-time job. 6-8 hours per shift, overtime possible. 5 shifts per week. Commission and on-call possible
Location: 312 Saddleback Rd NW Edmonton AB. 10729 108 St NW Edmonton AB. 10876 97 St NW. The location may be changed if required. On-site tasks may be assigned.

Job duties:
1. Complete daily lead follow-up for rentals

3. Maintenance requests follow up
# n# b# e0 q1 V: x  Z: Y4. Handling phone calls and emails
( q0 N+ b5 |6 \. D5. Bookkeeping
: H3 u5 C$ H1 |6. Visit the building and enter the units
7. Live on-site is preferred
8. Maintenance and cleaning may be needed

1. The employee is preferred to live on-site for at least 2 nights per week.
