A few minutes ago, the Consulate General of P. R.
China in New York called CSSAP mentioning the possible
  b# n  w  k& T9 f! S7 s5 snegative effects of the recent Virginia Tech shooting
4 V( A" e2 Q. e9 }9 O" @tragedy on Asian students, which include Chinese
5 e% d$ V$ f: D1 r+ |, qstudents. Although the gunman has been currently
identified as a student originally from South Korea ,
9 ^% f( w# G1 qit is recommended that Chinese students at UPenn and
in Philadelphia can also pay some more attention to
& W- @+ S8 k0 K) ^/ n  vsafety issues in the near future. Rumor reporting that
