6 v' p. c2 g: c# o4 WPosting Rental Ads: Advertising available rental properties on platforms like Kijiji, Rent Faster, and Marketplace to attract potential tenants. This involves creating appealing ads, including relevant details and updating them regularly.

: p9 Z# b, r  K8 Y1 j5 JViewing Arrangements: Scheduling and conducting property viewings with interested prospective tenants.

Tenant Screening: Identifying suitable tenants by conducting reference checks or credit checks.

Leasing and Lease Renewals: Handling the leasing process, including preparing lease agreements, ensuring tenants understand the house rules, and overseeing lease renewals when applicable.

WHO YOU ARE:
