WHAT YOU WILL DO:

% Q9 n+ L/ G3 U+ x; ?+ v" lPosting Rental Ads: Advertising available rental properties on platforms like Kijiji, Rent Faster, and Marketplace to attract potential tenants. This involves creating appealing ads, including relevant details and updating them regularly.

1 K) x1 i% X8 W* O; ^$ U1 w$ Z/ NViewing Arrangements: Scheduling and conducting property viewings with interested prospective tenants.

Tenant Screening: Identifying suitable tenants by conducting reference checks or credit checks.

+ i' d1 H3 s) W3 HLeasing and Lease Renewals: Handling the leasing process, including preparing lease agreements, ensuring tenants understand the house rules, and overseeing lease renewals when applicable.

WHO YOU ARE:

Exceptional communication skill is required. Ability to speak multiple languages would be considered as an asset.

Experience working in the residential property management industry.

Ability to work and act independently, using good judgment when assessing difficult situations and apply problem solving skills.
