/ E4 w# \" S% ^. ~: e, CThe Non-ferrous laborer must be able to properly identify and sort non-ferrous metals. Applies knowledge of non-ferrous metals to properly identify materials when interacting with customers. Prepares non-ferrous materials for transport. Must be able to sort, process, grade non-ferrous materials9 M* J! N; f1 S3 p/ [ B+ p
Inspects material for hazardous waste and grades different types of non-ferrous materials! s/ s) K& Y9 Z M* h: Q
Loads and unloads non-ferrous material& e8 a( G' S; X& e
Must be able to work safely at all times1 a; J8 H( H- W) V, m
Be able to effectively perform tasks independently1 C7 B% ]" P- J+ z8 X' u
Performs routine housekeeping.

Experience stripping equipment and/or with manual material sorting
8 \4 \, _( o4 tKnowledge of non-ferrous processing

! W. R" n3 w3 J1 x+ ]" ?Well-articulated and assertive
0 @- N. U% h4 YAbility to effectively communicate and present information in one-on-one and small group situations to supervisors, maintenance personnel and other employees of the organization
